Title: Quality Food, Slow Service at Carl's Jr.
My recent visit to Carl's Jr. was a mixed experience, highlighted by both positives and areas needing improvement. The standout was definitely the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich. To my pleasant surprise, it was quite large and delicious, exceeding my expectations for fast-food fare. The quality of the sandwich suggested that it was freshly made, a refreshing change from the usual preheated options one might find at similar establishments.
However, the price point of the sandwich, at $10, seemed a bit steep. While the size and quality were impressive, the cost could be a deterrent for those seeking a more budget-friendly meal option.
Another aspect that tempered my experience was the service speed. The wait time was notably longer than anticipated, which could be off-putting if you're in a hurry. That said, the slower service appeared to be a result of the sandwich being prepared fresh, which is a significant plus in terms of food quality. It's a trade-off between speed and freshness that customers might want to consider when visiting.

I went here and ordered a simple order. I asked for a big hamburger with extra tomato. He said he would have to charge me. I said that was fine. The cashier Luciano wasn’t very nice and seemed miserable at his job. I got the food and took it home opened it and found only ONE slice each hamburger. I paid 50 cents for it for each which was fair if I got them but I didn’t. Honestly the food wasn’t even that good it was okay. Paid almost 50$ for a meal that wasn’t as good as the money spent. Honestly dissatisfied and disappointed is the best two words to use. Be sure you check your food when you specify something you want extra and pay for.
The food tasted good, I hadn't been here in a long time and forgot how good their burgers are. The service was not very good, the staff was not very friendly and we waited quite a long time for our food. I understand it takes time but they definitely acted like we were bothering them.
I wished more people would eat in fast food restaurants because this place is really clean, bathroom were also clean (RARE FOR FAST FOOD) and overall a pretty good experience service was slower than normal but the staff was friendly and I understand how working on a weekend sucks, but I actually enjoyed eating in.
I ordered 3 kids' meals and an adult combo. I asked for chocolate milk and fry sauce. The employee only charged me for 2. Didn't tell me until after I had purchased. He told me to go around through the drive-through and order the other one. Yep. That level of customer service. Went around. Took 10 extra minutes. I ordered again. And asked for extra fry sauce and chocolate milk. By the time I got home. No fry sauce. No chocolate milke. No straw. Cold food. Corporate doesn't care about how bad this experience was, and clearly, the employees don't either. This type of service isn't a one-off. This piss poor customer service is learned and habitual. I am not going back to this location. I'd avoid it. But here's a lesson learned. Don't leave the first intercom until you've verified your order. Verify it again before you pay. Verify it again after you get your food.
These guys are very slow and understaffed for a Saturday evening at 4 PM. I have been sitting in the drive-through for over and half hour and haven’t even been greeted. I placed a mobile order and I’m here to pick it up but can’t get any staff member to help.
Great service, terrible food. $15 gets you two sandwiches and a drink. The sandwiches are cold from start and the drinks are warm. If that's your cup of tea. Enjoy.
Carlos was amazing today he helped us with our meals and we absolutely adore his customer service. Definitely coming back
