Great Carlo Jr Location!
My Husband & I stop to grab a bite to eat here and the serves was great & the food well made well & quickly! That Jennifer & her Team!
I order a Famous Star w/ cheese and onion rings. I was very disappointed!!! The burger was smashed and cold at the bottom of the bag. And the onion rings were burnt and too hard to eat! I also ordered 5 PC chicken tenders w/ fries and a soda, also cold. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the purchase. I will not be going back to this Carl's Jr.
CJs is a favorite, but recently, while visiting Vegas, we decided to go to CJs through the drive-through. MISTAKE! RUDE, AND HORRIBLE FOOD!
The fries were cold and greasy, the famous star was cold and tasted funny.
My drink was only 1/2 full and when I asked her for a different drink she got mad and accused me of drinking 1/2. .

Horrible service, rude general manager. Went there today ordered a superstar with cheese, chicken club, fried zucchini and 2 drinks. Get to the window, someone complains about messing up at the register and then when they get us our order the chicken sandwich is missing….this is the second time coming here, I figured thing have had to have changed in like 8 months…Nope! I’d advise
Just going to a different Carls Jr.
This was my first time in awhile going to carls jr. This location was very nice. I went through the drive thru. They were very quick with my order. The young girl at there helped me was very nice and my food was hot and fresh. And delicious. 10/10 experience and I will be going back.
I've eaten from this location multiple times, and the accuracy level is about 25%. I ordered a Double Western Bacon, and a California Classic. I received a basic double cheeseburger, and a single burger that is most definitely not a Double Western. I didn't even have time to return it since I had to make it to school on time. If this were the first or second time, I'd be a bit more forgiving, but this is well beyond that. What a waste of money.
The manager on duty was amazing. I believe her name was Jennifer. The food was made exactly how I wanted and the customer service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend everyone to go to this location for their Carl needs!
We opted for the Western Bacon Cheeseburger and Double Cheeseburger combo. Also ordered a side of their famous and devilishly delicious waffle fries. The charbroiled burger coupled with the smoked crispy bacon and tangy bbq sauce can't be beat! Oh, let's not forget about the two crispy onion rings layered in between! Simply delightful!
