Have stopped at this location a handful of times recently during road trips, have had good service every time despite them seeming understaffed when I went in, still fast.
Usually get the Super Star or Famous Star, and if you order them without cheese they are dairy free if you have a milk allergy!
Great burger at Carl's. Lots of parking and roomy dinning area. Service is slow as one person taking orders from drive thru and dine in. Food was delicious that's worth the wait.
Food is normally very good. We've had a couple of off orders, and they have always made it right. The staff is friendly.
Ms. Jeanette at the Monroe location was simply wonderful. She made a rainy day much better by her smile and great service...

$11.99 for a small chicken sandwich combo meal and $5.99 for a 4 piece kids meal with chicken nuggets. The soda tasted funky like the dispenser hasn't been cleaned in awhile and the sandwich was tepid, just like the drive thru employees mannerism. The only positive thing I can say is, "the fries were hot!" Probably won't eat here again!
My husband and I went to the Carl's in Monroe, Wa store #1102424 and ordered 2 California burgers and 2 drinks today and were very disappointed in our burgers. They were very dry and cold and the cheese was fresh out of the fridge and not even a little bit melted! The young man at the counter didn't even know how to make change and the store had no heat, it was 27 degrees out. Thank you for letting me vent, I won't be going back!!
Don't waste your money!
I paid $16 for one single meal. The burger was cold and the fries were so gross I threw them out. They were hard and small and cold.
I had some shopping to do at Walmart so I parked and then realized what they gave me. I went back through with my receipt after my shopping and told the manager. She said no refund unless I had the food to give back.
I told her a year ago I had the same thing happen and haven't been back since. I thought I'd give them another try tonight.
What a waste of $16 and horrible customer service to serve gross food then not give a refund.
I will not return ever and unless you want waste your money on disgusting food you shouldn't go here.
