If could give this place LESS than a 1, I would. I've gone here TWO separate times, and it says they're open. I went around 7:30pm once, and the other around 8pm. Both times, NOBODY was in there. Sign said OPEN, hours at the door was open.. but nobody was there! We went to the drive thru first, waited, tried to say hello, honked the horn quite a few times, then drove to the window and honked the horn there. Nobody. We parked and noticed that there was this car parked right where Stephanie St is facing. Probably someone who worked inside who thought they'd just sit outside. We parked and went down, doors were locked. Mind you, this is two separate dates and times we went. Same thing happened.

Another time it was actually opened, we ordered online and they didn't actually give us the combo fish sandwich. They gave the fries and the drink, but they said we had to buy the sandwich separately. We were like, we bought the meal on the app?? We ended up having to pay it again because they wouldn't make it for us until we did. We even showed them the receipt and they still denied us. Service sucks here.

I've tried food at many different places in Las Vegas and this is the best Carl's Jr! Wishes are always respected. I don't eat onions and they never forgot to remove the onions which is amazing! The staff is very friendly! You are best!

Been coming here since the beginning of this year, and Ashley Has to be the best employee ever. Every time me, and my husband go here, we feel welcomed she’s always so friendly and very professional. Any other encounter with other employees are always rude and feel rushed. When she takes our orders, there’s never any problems, She makes sure to repeat the order and ask us if we need anything extra definitely the best worker hands down.

Food here was awful. No one in the store and they served us stale food. We didn’t even finish our meals. Just left unsatisfied. Too bad cause Carls Jr has the best fish sandwiches right now.

Having to reheat your burger and fries when you get home KINDA defeats the purpose of getting drive-thru in my opinion. Especially when I live down the street and the drive home isn’t long at all... Very disappointed. I don’t usually go to Carl’s Jr much, but I was actually CRAVING a Big Carl since I had had one just last weekend and it was delicious,super fresh and savory... I won’t be coming back any time soon.

I had a reward for a free burger but they charged me for pickles. A good burger.

Charged for everything, wouldn't give me a large lemonade even though they charged me for a large meal. Lady working the drive through was not very nice or understanding, would not recommend.
