Best WLM Reviews

On occasion I come to this Carls Jr. the food is often good. However the employees always seem to be more into the conversation than helping get food out.

As soon as you pay they ask you to pull up and park. … there is normally no one else in the entire drive-through . If you decline they give you attitude and ask you to back up to reset the timer. (Defeats the purpose of the timer.)

I’ve done both parked and backed up and when you park, your food takes forever and it comes out cold & soggy.

Backing up You get attitude, but they seem to move a bit faster knowing your can see them!

They always shove all the food in one bag so full you cant even grab the top or close it. They put the fries on the bottom and the huge burgers on top. So of course they are all smashed. Plus pretty sure the waffle fry size is normally a medium box at all other locations ..

Also, I dislike the fact when you want to use Apple Pay or tap … take your phone. .. no gloves or anything .. because they have the scanner inside only.

Ordered food from here and didn't check the bag until we got home and realized we had a burger missing. When I called and asked if we could go in another day to pick it up, the employee was weirdly rude about it. The rest of the staff was lovely and the food was fine, though, just that one thing that brought the experience down for me.

I'd give no stars if possible. The food was ridiculously priced. Sub-par fries, cold and soggy. The Santa Fe chicken sandwich fell apart soon as I unwrapped it. Just a pile of slop.

I went to buy a chicken sandwich on 11/23/2022 at 8:30 p.m., when I got home and opened the sandwich I saw a very small piece of chicken they put in the sandwich. I took a picture and went back to Carl's Jr. on Saturday morning I showed the picture of the sandwich to the person at the register, she called the manager but manager was not able to attend the call and said she would call back, waited over 15 minutes, manager never called, the person at the register stated I waited too long to let them know and she didn't think they could replace the sandwich or give any credit.

I wouldn't recommend this location.

It took 25 minutes to get a sloppy burger with cold fries with me and 1 other car in the drive thru. Got the order wrong and it was cold when I got it. Kids not being attentive and doing 90 other things while the food sat on the counter

The worst customer service!!! Food smells like old oil disgusting. ???? The employee was rude at drive-thru. Didn’t even come to the window for 10 min. Had a nasty attitude from the moment that I tried to walking into order, just kept staring at me without making any signs that the doors were closed.

I just got back home with my food and my one of my fries are basically non existant who does that?? ???????? no they didn't spill in the bag I checked and the other two fries are fine. Wish I would have checked at drive thru. It's like they ran out of fries and were too lazy or unbothered to make more!! Maybe close earlier if you don't have employees willing to work. Just getting paid to do the bare minimum I guess

good service, they bring the food fast and they take it to u :)good service
