Best WLM Reviews
I always get nervous when there's a bunch of dudes handling my food.
And it wasn't the most model type employees they're either.
That being said though...
These dudes got the orders out in a timely manner.
My food was hot, it was fresh.
And it was good to the taste.
These days it's getting hard to find a fast food restaurant that can.
Deliver true customer service.
And these guys did a good job I was surprised.
Overall, not a great experience.
The fellow who took my order (John V on the receipt) seemed disinterested in helping me, to the point that he took care of everyone else in the lobby before me, even though I was the first to order. He didn't even bother to spell my name right.
It took 20+ minutes to get a #16, which despite the wait was barely warm and didn't taste fresh, especially not the fries; probably because he was busy talking with a coworker who just got off. The restaurant itself was dirty, with crumbs and trash on the floor under the booths.
Maybe next time I'll take my chances with the food from the Love's...
The staff here has never done me wrong. They always get my order right. I get the beyond famous star lettuce wrapped. They make a delicious lettuce wrap. I also liked the rock music they were playing.
This Carl's Jr. location was clean, the employees were friendly, the food was fresh, prepared well, and service was fast. I had the famous star double, and it was huge.
Got really sick after eating there. Pretty sure it was food poisoning. Ate there Thursday night, threw up Friday and Saturday and I still have the runs. But it’s Sunday now and I’m finally feeling better. Truckers beware.
Spoke to soon, So it’s Monday and I’m still throwing up and still have diarrhea. Not able to make it to work today either. The food was cold and the fries were also cold. Didn’t want to complain so I ate the food. Wish I would have just threw it away.
Best welcome I've had in forever!! Food was cooked to order, and really fresh tasting. But the staff, they are the best reason to stop in! We're traveling to nd so unfortunately can't stop back, but thanks guys!!
Great place at the Love's Travel Plaza (East)... Extremely Fast, Hot, and Yummy... Service is friendly! One of my "Going to Guthrie" lunch stops! Fuel up the car, then fuel me up! LOL
Great food prepared hot, fresh and fast.
Love these places. I only wish we had them up in Canada. Service and selection have suffered post Covid-19.
