Been a long time customer with Carlos tire’s. 10 plus years, I’ve got to say that he has really great prices. He is what I like to call an honest man. He helps in every way possible with prices on getting ur car fixed. He will take the time in detail to go over exactly what’s wrong with ur car. He even lets u bring ur own parts and doesn’t get offended for that. He’ll even tell u if ur getting a great deal on a pat not coming from him. Robert is his mechanic on hand. Really great dude gets jobs done quicker than a lot of other mechanics. I definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs minor work done to major work done on their car. He got great prices on used tires as well. Even lets you pick them out. Carlos and Robert, thank you for being honest and true on your services.
Called to fix a leaking hose, easy and fast to do. They said to come in after 2, showed up at 3 pm, they made a huge fuss about it saying that It was gonna be complicated and said to show up tomorrow morning. I went today and everything was closed. So I saved myself some money and did the work myself. I'll be going to a better place like Pepboys or Goodyear, this is the 2nd time they told me to show up the next day, especially when they only had one car they were working on. I've been coming here since 2016, they fr just lost a customer, I recommend going to the mechanics across the donut shop near cardenas
Went for used tires ended up getting new ones instead. Good service but a bit pricey for some low brand tires. It did include the balancing of tires but still. Will go back to them to mount and balance when I'll order tires online.
Called at 1230pm to ask about an alignment. The guy who answered the phone said he could take me in after 2pm. I showed up at 2:08pm and was told all the alignment techs were gone. Im not upset about their work because i don't know, but Im disappointed in the fact that they couldn't keep their word for the appointment.
This place is more than awesome!!!! I have come here a few times and every time we get awesome customer service!!! They are honest and their prices are great. I world recommend them to anyone who lives up on the mountain line I do because they are so close just at the bottom of the mountain on Sierra and anyone in San Bernardino you can't go wrong bringing your car here. They fixed my Acura, when I thought it was one thing, they went above and beyond and found the real problem and saved me money!!!! These guys are awesome!!
Honest&reliable,good quality work. I have an older van. Carlos & his son explained all the details before they even started working. We agreed on pricing and am happy with everything they have done.
Took my Honda for an alignment, Carlos and Robert were very helpful and professional. I can tell that their number one priority is to make sure the customers leave happy. Thanks.
I only rated them 1 star because theres no lower options. They are thieves! I pulled up early afternoon for one used tire. They charged me $48 for a used tire! Horrible people running a horrible shop. Shame on you.
