10/10 Italian food. Everything comes out hot and steaming. Their waitresses are fast and polite as can be. Definitely order a caprese salad the mozzarella is so fresh! Chicken alfredo was hands down the BEST i've ever had. The Wedding soup is fabulous and full of flavor as well. And that garlic bread done on a sourdough roll?! Knock your socks off good. Carlos's has been around hartville for decades and I can see why. Their chef cares about every detail of the food and the presentation was phenomenal. See you soon I'll be back again for sure!
We went in last night with a party of 14 (with reservation). They were prepared for us. Young girl that was waiting on us did very well with a large group. The food was good and the prices were great. They were even willing to split the bill three ways. Zuppa and garlic bread were amazing.
Overall good experience. Definitely will come back
Well I ordered a pizza and they gave me pizza with no sauce. I've been going there for awhile good food. I hate to give a bad review. However, the people there are know very rude. Young kids with attitude just trying to get out of work. How do make a pizza with no sauce. However whenever I ask to speak with a manager there no manager. Plus they tell u whenever u ask for a manger there not one. Well what's a good time for manger to be there o not on weekends or holidays weekend. Plus very rude whenever they say it. So needless to say I will not go back. Plus a lot people I've sent that way not no more. I think mander needs to know however, there never a manger there. It a shame to have good food with poor service know. Younger kids are rude push out the door. I hope the manger see this and make changes or business well go down hill quick. I telling all my friends and family.
Our server was wonderful and very attentive. The restaurant has a vintage Italian vibe. We had pasta dinners and they were decent. The next time we will get the pizza. We saw others with pizza and it looked delicious!
Service is excellent, food was great only wish the meatball was homemade.the pasta me and my wife had was excellent if you like garlic which I do there was plenty on mine. The garlic rolls were also great.if your in the area its a must yo try. We will definitely be back to try there pizza all the ones I seen coming out to other customers looked great.
Carlo's has become one of our very favorite places to visit & take family to. The food is delicious, the staff is so kind & the atmosphere is so warm, welcoming & cozy! It definitely exudes the most authentic Italian, family owned, tasty, small town charm feel & I highly recommend to those who've not tried it before!
We ate here 2 years ago and raved about how good the pasta and pizza was. We are from cleveland area and dont make it here often but friends wanted to go to maize winery. There were 6 of us and only one liked their meal. Pizza crust was dry and tasteless...not like it used to be. Italian sub had only one slice of meat. Chicken parmesan was dry. We are so disappointed. Not sure if owners or chef changed but we wont be back.
Food was decent, service was slow for as empty as the place was. Got asked if we needed boxes before our food even came. Portions are very small for the price. definitely not worth the price at all, waited and waited for them to come get my card so we could pay, tried to go up and pay they wouldn’t let me pay at the counter, sat back down and waited even longer. Won’t be back.
