Best WLM Reviews
Carlo"s has ALWAYS been Straight up with me . Prices are Fair and reasonable . Carlos has always made time to talk to me when I've been up there. Never hides behind staff like many places do . Always my FIRST choice in a mechanic shop . Period ! You will be hard pressed to find anyone better to deal with in my opinion
This the best auto repair shop used to be CALLED “BUCK N Carlo’s complete car care. Sadly his step father passed away many years ago. So now just ran by his step son who he favored as his own son. It’s not only auto repairs the complete part is Carlo has the top of the line body shop that is attached onto repair shop you get all your needs in at one honest place. Located in Pawleys island area for over 30 years! He is one of the few “ma & pa” places that is award winning for working on your “ top notch foreign cars” like jaguars, Maseratis, Porsche, BMW and Mercedes-Benz”. You don’t want to go to the dealership for those repairs. Where they don’t care about the cost. Of course, unless you have a warranty. Carlo is backed by Many Qualifications and certified. As well as his team! If you’re local, you probably go to him, If you’re not a local and just moving to the area, you need to go here. Here on vacation And unexpected repair Comes up Do yourself a favor go see Carlo and his team! Sincerely, a local of the Lowcountry for 31 years.
Great place with fair pricing. Gave me an estimate and had it done on time and the work was excellent.
Will be taking all my cars there
I don’t leave reviews unless I feel a company or an employee goes above and beyond or they really fail. Today, Carol’s Complete Car Care did a get job taking care of me. Even though they were extremely busy and I didn’t have an appointment, they squeezed me in. I needed 3 tires switched out on my travel trailer before my cross country trip tomorrow and they made it happen before noon. They even let me bring back my 4th tire to get balanced and the price was extremely fair. I moved here 2 years ago and haven’t needed anything yet for my vehicles but I will definitely be using them for my auto repair needs. Thanks for the great service.
These guys are great! I needed AdBlue for my Audi and didn’t have enough miles left to make it to a local Audi dealership before my car locked down. They found what I needed that day at a very reasonable price. When I swung back by for the service, they took care of it immediately. 10 minutes in and out the door. Awesome service!
After receiving an estimate for $650 for rear brake repairs at another location, I was told by a friend to try Carlo’s. They were friendly, professional and had my brakes done within 24 hours of my estimate, which was substantially less than $650! Car is running great and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
Highly recommended. The day before we were scheduled to drive home from our vacation in Pawleys (over 900 miles), we had a problem with our car windows. The driver's window wouldn't close. A local told us that Carlo's could probably help us, and they absolutely did. We showed up at the shop when they opened on Monday morning, hoping that they could at least get the window closed so we could get home. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. A few hours later, they had a solution and we were on our way. The best part-given our situation, they easily could have taken advantage of strangers from out of state, but our bill was extremely reasonable. We were lucky to find such competent and honest professionals. Whether you're a local or visitor, if you need your car serviced, go to Carlo's.
Auto body work was done on my car. They did a great job. They did the job quicker than I expected. Very satisfied.
