"Carlito’s Tires is the epitome of excellence in automotive service. From the moment I rolled into their shop, I was greeted with professionalism and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Their team of experts not only provided top-notch tire services but also educated me on maintaining my vehicle’s performance.
The attention to detail is evident in every job they undertake. Whether it was a simple tire rotation or a more complex alignment, the results were impeccable. Prices at Carlito’s Tires are competitive, yet the quality of service feels like a premium experience.
What truly sets Carlito’s Tires apart is their integrity and customer-centric approach. They treat your car as if it were their own, and their honest recommendations reflect their commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.
I wholeheartedly recommend Carlito’s Tires to anyone in Orlando seeking reliable, high-quality tire services. Their dedication to excellence has earned them a loyal customer in me!"
Carlito’s Tires is a small shop off of East Colonial Drive in Orlando, but let me tell you they don’t disappoint! I came into the shop with a screw in my tire, the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they were able to take me right away. They have plenty of area in the office to sit and wait, water in the lobby, and the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. Pep Boys recommended me to come to this place, and I’m really happy I decided to come in. They have plenty of space to park in the back, and as a female with little car knowledge, they made me feel safe and secure. I’m very happy with my experience, the staff, service, and location. Support smaller businesses and check these guys out, they go quick and you won’t be disappointed with the prices as well. They made a stressful situation a lot less stressful with the hospitality and service they provided. Thanks guys!! Happy Holidays, and please check out this shop for all your tire needs :D
Customer service was fantastic. When you walk in, they greet you with welcome arms. The building was clean and pleasant to sit in. The company took our document and began the service that we requested without any hesitation on their end. I will return here again. Thanks
Mark was extremely helpful and kind. We had a very urgent situation and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to pick up the phone. I’m extremely grateful for the positive attitude and fast service offered here at Carlitos. Thank you so much!
I went to this place for an alignment on my vehicle and they attended to me without any problem. They were very helpful and friendly. In less than an hour the car was ready, highly recommended.
Mark was amazing and everyone we came in contact with was so friendly. They were down to Earth and made sure every question asked was always answered. Couldn't ask for better service or a better environment. Definitely would go again.
My partner has found their service to be consistently helpful and affordable in a timely manner. In my recent experience, Mark at Carlitos is a sincere helper and went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed with my car during a difficult time of health crisis. With the help of Jenny - even when it meant helping me locate other resources or supports and coordinating with others in the community on my behalf. This place has a spirit of integrity and accessibility to help everyday people in need. You can trust!!
