Always does an amazing job! They are very professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, affordable, friendly, and awesome at finding the root cause of my auto issues. I refer them to anyone who asks me for a good mechanic! #1????????
Oh my gosh! John saved me thousands of dollars. Went to Mercedes dealership and was quoted 6,200 and that was with a discount. I WAS TOLD ABOUT CARLISLE'S AUTO SERVICE....stopped in to see him....he ran check engine light diagnosis test....for FREE Dealership charged me 229.00 for the diagnosis test. LOVE THIS PLACE JOHN YOU ARE THE GREATEST...THANKS FOR SAVING ME THOUSANDS...VERY HONEST GOOD PLACE
John took time out of his day to help me with my performance car when he was very busy. He and his team are very knowledgeable and helpful and I HIGHLY recommend going here! Fair prices too.
My daughter had her ML 350 repaired and serviced during her college time at Florida Southern and we couldnt be more pleased
with this shop.. Many thanks for looking after her car during her
time in Lakeland.
Was referred to Carlisle's since I have a Mini Cooper and not very many places want to or know how to work on them. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and knowledgeable their team is. Had my car repaired in a day as promised. Highly recommend
John always takes good care of my vehicle with attention to my family's safety. He is honest, fair, and trustworthy. The only negative is that they are so busy these days that the cars are stacked up in every direction, so it is best to make an appointment and plan on leaving your car for the day if possible. It is worth it, though, for the peace of mind to know he will do a good job and not gouge you or charge you for anything unnecessary.
Excellent work and staff. Highly recommend if you have a Mercedes. VERY fair pricing.
I have been using this shop four all my Mercedes repairs and maintenance through the years now I'm a senior they are so honest and when you pick your Mercedes up it's done right the first time and whatever pricey they quotes that's what it'll be no surprises unless they talk to you first I highly recommend the shop for your Mercedes-Benz needs
