came to Bryce Resort for vacation with friends but ended up getting a flat tire halfway through... it was around 6pm on a saturday evening and many shops were either closing or not willing to help without an appointment. Carley's Auto and Tire was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. the price was very reasonable and the process was quick! we wish we got the name of the man who helped us but thank you again for saving us during a stressful time! highly recommend!!!
had motor and trans replaced. i supplied all parts and fluids. took 3 weeks to do the job and then hit me with a fee to flash the transmission.then charged me for parts and fluids. when i picked up the old engine and trans. the old transmission was torn apart and the vital pieces were removed like the transaxle the valve body computer
Got a trans removed and replaced with a unit, filter, and new fluid I brought. Was $200 more than quoted. Pretty shifty to charge 25% more than quoted. After this and other interactions, won’t be back.
I'm a very satisfied customer. Carley's went above and beyond by hunting down a tire that would fit my Jeep. They have an amazing staff and the owner was nice too. No complaints here!
Had a great experience with this shop. We had a flat tire in a rental car while traveling through the area, and several different people in town recommended Carley's. Wes (the owner), fixed our tire in about 20 minutes and we were on our way again.
Took car in for simple alignment and to mount and balance 2 tires. They couldn't do any of it right within 48 hours balancing weights fell off all of them on both tires. On top of that they said my ball joints were bad so they could do alignment so I took a look at it and ball joints weren't bad just had been forced out of there pressed on positions as well as bent my control arm on driver side most likely by subpar lift placement. If you don't know how to work on lowered and stanced vehicles just say so quit pretending
Knowledgeable owner with a lot of experience, friendly mechanics and great atmosphere not to mention a very cool cat named knucklehead!! Watch out folks, he loves to go for rides lol
Very friendly people good all around very enthusiastic about do the job right an not trying to rob you blind
