Just had a wonderful lunch with my boyfriend it’s been two years since we’ve been here and everything is just like it used to be. Amazing staff and Wonderful kitchen staff. Stephanie was our server and was nothing but kind, our pizza got burned and she told us it would be a bit longer since they were making a new one for us, the lady making our pizza also came out to apologize and said they didn’t want to give us anything but perfection. And when we finished our amazing meal, they said we wouldn’t have to pay, and apologized for the long wait. I really appreciate the kind gesture! I would have paid regardless if we had to wait a bit or not, but I have always loved coming here and will always talk highly of them, it’s an amazing place with amazing people working there! I just hope they all know how wonderful they make the experience <3
Great little Italian pizza joint. Tasty pizza, wonderful pasta entrees. Entrees come with a perfect little dish of ice cream, vanilla or spumoni! They also offer some amazing chicken noodle soup.

I’ve come to Carls ever since I was a kid, and have never been disappointed with my experience. I am inclined to write this review today because of the meal my partner and I just had. Apparently our first pizza got burned, so we just had to wait a few minutes longer, but the amazing people here offered to cover our food for the inconvenience and were super sincerely apologetic and kind.
The least i could do was write a good review, so thank you Stephanie and staff <3
We had an 82 year old house guest I took to Carl’s for lunch. After a terrific meal (he had the soup of the day and I had a cheeseburger). I asked him; if I blindfolded him, told him I took him through a time machine and uncovered his eyes in Carl’s what would he think? Without hesitating he said he would believe me!
Carl’s has a great Italian food focused menu and the friendly service staff will make you feel like you’ve been whisked back in time to a place with good cooking at a great price will greet you at every visit.
It’s quaint and cute. The pizza was good but the service is not great. I won’t assume it was intentional but they seem very distracted with each other and (perhaps) regulars.
Absolutely delicious food. Rigatoni was perfectly prepared. Antipasto salad was fresh. Hole in the wall but clean and kept up. Can't wait to go back!
My first visit since I moved to Denver by far the best pizza I’ve had in Denver and the second best pizza I’ve had in my life if you want authentic great pizza this is it forget the chains support local!
