I was confused when I saw posts about the service and wait times in the drive thru as I did not know this new location was open. So I drove over there (Maricopa, AZ) and it’s still u see construction as of Easter Day 2024. Don’t make a special trip or rely on the posts here.
Yay! It's coming back! Hopefully they have better food and service.
Don't generally eat fast food but my son wanted to go last night after a 2.5hr exam, SO we did!
Glad too! Went inside, very clean including restroom.
Girls up front were fast and friendly as well as beyond professional...... "My Pleasure" love it!
Gave them a tip some they were on their A game!

Waited 20 min for food as the manager and drive through girl tried to figure out the best way to charge for boxes. When the manager finally yelled out my number I told him wow 20 min for my food he said I'm sorry then turned around. Guess they are desperate for managers in this store unbelievable but that is the quality of fast food workers in the city of Maricopa arizona should have went to taco bell next door never had a problem there.
Probably the best Carl's Jr I've been to. Not because of the service, it was ok, but the food. Especially the chicken sandwiches. Chicken wasn't dried out, overcooked, but thick and tender. Great low carb meal indeed.
Nasty. Waited in drive thru for 10 mins you would think you would get fresh food, but no. I ordered 2 medium value meals and both hamburgers were cold with soggy buns and the fries were cold. Tried calling the store to let them know the food was nasty and guess what..their line was busy all night. Very frustrated as my husband and I were hungry and we get crap food. Not going there ever again
Just went through the drive through at 12:30am excited for some late night food. The open light was on but we sat there for 5 min and no one answered the speaker. We assumed the light was just accidentally left on and sadly settled for Jack in the box across the street. While waiting for our order here I googled the hours just to find that Carl's isn't supposed to be closed for another 13min! What the hell!?
I love and frequent Carl's Jr but this may be my worst experience at one. I was the only person in line, but somehow they messed up the order, couldn't answer a simple question on the price, and were slow.
