Terrible experience year after year unfortunately. I did call 3 weeks ago to discuss an issue regarding my son on the bus. I tried to speak with the bus driver about it. He yelled at me and said my child was the problem while my son was standing right there…I was just trying to figure out what was going on. Called Christy in the office and she said she would call back. Still haven’t heard back.
My two daughters have been traveling with Caring Hands for about 6 months. The company is amazing and I feel safe knowing my girls are in good hands. They absolutely adore their driver Ashley! She's great with the kids, and such a sweetheart. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for safe, reliable transportation.
Full disclosure, I worked for caring hands for 3 years and I was provided an opportunity to drive my own car on a similar route, its the only reason I left. Christy owns the company and is very professional, she had my back from day one. Natasha runs the office like a pro. She is the heart of the company and keeps things ticking. I only left because I lost parking for the company van. The workforce gets along well, very little drama. I never heard a complaint from a school or a parent, I wish them luck.
My wife and I have use Caring hands for years. They have always been great! The owner has always had great communication with us and from what I have seen with her drivers. They transport the children safely and are always nice. We would recommend them to any one looking for transportation for their kids. It’s convenient and in our opinion, a great option or alternative. Especially for the working parents.

I worked for another special needs bus company for 5 years and left it and started last September to be part of Caring Hands it is the best special needs school bus company I have worked for. No problems with the office people they are great. Plan on working for them this school year 2016-2017. Looking forward to it.
7:50AM traveling east on 101, Bus #18, license plate SB3980, failed to yield to oncoming traffic while merging onto 101E from the 122 exit in Amherst. The bus driver then accelerated and drove at least 10 miles over the limit in the time I followed them to my employer's office.
There may not have been any kids on that bus, but the driver was still endangering everyone around them. I hope the company has a safe driving policy in place and cites their drivers for dangerous driving.
