This place is it’s amazing, the food I give it a 10 star if I could. I order friend beef with tostones and friend pork with fried yuca. For beverage I got morir soñando, this was so good that I would go back and buy it from New Jersey. The waitress was so nice to us and helpful, we had to go to the airport and she told me the food will be ready in 1 min and it was right in time. Love everything about this place. Most import that it was a really clean place.
Food was absolutely delicious and portions are fantastic. The staff was also super friendly. I went with 4 stars because there were some pricing inconsistencies on the menu. I understand inflating prices and costs going up but feel like what’s on the menu should be correct or there should be some signage explaining. Still love ya’ll tho!

Great food. I have noticed that the portions of the food keep getting smaller and smaller. Their prices have gone up way too much. They used to serve good portions before they changed owners. Now they serve very little food, it's not enough for one person, you will be left hungry ( at least for me this is the case).
My bf has been going there for take out for so many times. And guess what? EVERY single time something's missing (rice, tres leches etc) - crazy, not professional. Once, twice - ok, but 8 times in a row, seriously??? Never come again. Horrible service.
They are expensive. I wanted to order a steak sandwich and add French fries. Their menu says add French fries for $2. They attempted to charge me $6 for the French fries. After about 5 minutes of back and forth they said that they don't "do that anymore". It's in the menu honor your menu or change the menu
We were in the City & always like to try food! This food was delicious
I had been going to Caridad for years. I used to go there particularly for their coffee and their lunch specials. Everything was good and they were consistent with the flavors. I don't know what has happened but the quality of the food has declined. It just does not taste good anymore. I wish it was as good as before. I stopped going for this reason
