Delicious coffee with great winter options! I couldn’t decide what to get, but got the iced campfire coffee. It was delicious with the hints of marshmallow. I love this coffee and definitely feel like it’s worth the price. Great location as well with quick service.
Customer service has dropped off a great deal with the new manager. I don’t feel welcome as I used to. The staff and drinks are still wonderful but if the new manager is taking your order he seems put out by having to deal with customers.
Prices are highway robbery.

My wages have gone down every year for 4 years. It's fast food coffee. I only go once every two or three months because of the prices.
This place is cute! The interior is so adorable, and I got a glazed doughnut and a plain bagel and a cookie dough cake pop. It was all very good. I asked the worker to heat up some water, and she kindly did it. (For cinnamon tea) the bathroom was not clean though.
I came through the drive through this morning, and ordered my sandwich and an extra large coffee. They gave me a large coffee, and when I pointed out that it was not the size I ordered, they simply poured it into the extra large size cup, and left me waiting in the drive through as if they were actually fixing it. When I popped the lid to look, they obviously did not give me the amount of coffee I paid for. Unfortunate, and I do not think I will be back.
Great spot. I like to come here to work on things or have meetings. Nice place out of the office to think or meet folks. Staff is usually friendly. Coffee's hot. What more can you really ask for? Plenty of seating. Lots of light. Could use a few more spots to plug in. If you don't get the table with the plug you're screwed.

I love the gluten free breakfast sandwich and they ALWAYS get my latte order right. There's hardly ever a long wait and I like the flavor of the beans better than some other chains. I've been coming here about once a month for a few years and the quality and customer service is consistent.
Great service, beautiful ambience with a fireplace and cozy chairs, and beautiful coffee cup designs. Much better than Starbucks, in my opinion.
