Had the most horrible experience. Ordered food and arrived 10 minutes later. They sold my plate. This is unprofessional and ghetto. They didn’t even apologize. Beware when you order take your own chances. John young location much better. I will never returned there. Location is silverstar the worst
Service was prompt . Food was good, although they were out of my fav.. patties in the middle of the day on a Saturday. Other than that and the fact thst it was very hard to find parking , it was okay experience
I had salmon and oxtail, food so bland . Don’t know who is cooking now . Please taste the food , food has no taste . Please season the food . Salmon texture is horrible . Only the cakes are still really good .
Traveled from newyork and went here with high hopes this place was definitely a disappointment . We were given overnight food. i spent $48 and had to fling di whole a di food weh , mi Bex a baxcova . Dis place hafi do better . On another note, the women who served me were very pleasant will give them the hospitality star ????
Absolutely love this place. Nice people buy from there and nice people work there. Food is fantastic, huge drink selection, they sell bread as well, and have a nice dessert selection as well. My favorite is the curry shrimp and curry chicken with rice and peas, cabbage, a mild beef patty, and cream soda.
Terrible customer service. Rude hostess. Never got our refund for the food we did not get. Spoke to one manager who was helpful, called back after two days as instructed took 20 minutes and being hung up on 5 times to reach the manager working that day. He was rude and arrogant.
Fell off… got 5 pieces of fat they call oxtail. And they charging 25$ for that small 5pc under seasoned plate.
