This urgent care is a little further from my home than their other office, however they are worth the ride. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The nurses are professional and Dr. Larrea is kind, smart and funny. They are all efficient. It is a well run urgent care.
I been to Urgent Care of Marlboro dozens of times. Hands down, they are the best around. I never waited more then 10 minutes in the waiting room. I know, it's hard to believe but it's true. The office is spotless. The Staff and Doctors are amazing, as if they are part of my family, which they aren't. They actually deserve 10 Stars. Thank you for the excellent health care over the years. I’ve used this urgent care for the same issue twice within about a year. In an emergency situation due to a small abrasion on my eye, we were able to make an appointment very easily online. When we got there, they checked us in within minutes and even moved my appointment up by 15 minutes because we were a little early. The doctor that worked with me (the second time I’ve worked with him for this same issue) was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to assess the situation with my eye very quickly as well as prescribed me antibiotic drops for the issue. I would recommend this urgent care over any other in the local area.
I ALWAYS have a GREAT experience at Carbon Health. The visit yesterday and was a little unusual and unexpected and although Dr. Mule is AWESOME, my teenager didn’t want a male Doctor and he understood but at the same time made arrangements for me to go to their other location in Marlboro where we saw Victoria and my Daughter was at peace, she examined her and we walked out very pleased. I HIGHLY recommend Carbon Health for your any of your health care needs.
This is by far the most inept and rude urgent care I've ever been to. I went in for something in my eye. After looking at my eye Dr said "I literally don't know." The front desk staff would not locate a 24 hour pharmacy and made us look for one and then once we did, the office never even sent the Rx - despite us waiting there to confirm they did. So we drove 40 mins at 10pm on Easter night for no reason. Completely irresponsible and horrible at their job. Please avoid at all costs.
I was at Carbon Health Urgent Care this Saturday afternoon. It was easy to get an appointment and the staff was very professional and caring. It's great to know that you can get a doctor on a weekend. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care.
Thank you to Dr. Graham and his team for taking care of my fractured ankle. I was X-rayed and put in a boot all in about 30 minutes. He referred me to an Orthopedist for follow up and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Job well done!
I have been here more times than I can count for my whole family. Appointments are easily made on the app. Always in and out quickly. I don’t think there is a doctor I have not seen there and they have all been great. I love the app and the ability to ask a question or follow up for a doctors note and they answer you right back. I have never had anything but a good experience here.
