DELICIOUS food! I LOVE tacos and these were so yummy! I like how it's set up to where you put your own toppings on your tacos. Fresh, warm tortillas with a great bite. I will definitely go back!
New taco shop among the many in Phoenix. This is in North Phoenix off 19th/Greenway built in the old Chino Bandido.
I had the Al Pastor nachos and my family members ordered their own food, tacos mainly.
I'm reviewing the Al Pastor nachos - they were ok but disappointing as the meat was dry. The meat was cut from the trompo and not dripping juice like I've seen in other taco shops. The nachos are dressed with ladled melted cheese(not a fan) vs being fresh shredded cheese melted in an oven. Garnered with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. Wasnt mind blowing. My observation of the tacos were they were filled full of meat but also was told the meat was somewhat dry. Unfortunately, the meat was pre made and not fresh made when we walked in so who knows how long it was sitting there on a Saturday afternoon. There is a fresh salsa bar as well
We were the only people there outside of a to-go order.
Overall the place has nice decor and clean and the service was prompt. Hopefully, they improve the food for success among the many options we have here in Phoenix.
The food is DELICIOUS!!!! The staff was very helpful with suggestions for loading the cinnamon things with ice cream!!! Mmmm the tacos pescados were amazing! So were the al pasor and the langua with the corn tortillas fresca! Salsa bar available, free refills, and fortunately for me, next to work!!!
This place was so good! I was expecting street size tacos but no these things were huge. We got the fish and taco,an Anaheim chile with cheese and meat taco, carne asada, chicken and a carne asada filled quesadilla. We got to sample the beans and they were really yummy. The salsa bar had so many varieties for every spicy ness level. This was way better than some other taco places around here I've had. Come give them a try and remember everything fits in a tortilla!
Finally made it here, and wow, was I impressed. Tt is huge and clean on the inside, the tacos are amazing (and they give you a VERY good amount of meat for a street taco), they have all of the typical fixings salad bar style, including guacamole.
I look forward to going back!
My husband and I definitely LOVED this place. We ordered Carne Asada and Al Pastor tacos they were super delicious with its authentic carbón flavor. Jamaica & Cucumber Lemon agua fresca are authentic you can taste and tell! Friendly staff, super clean, great menu, salsa island and atmosphere. We TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
Love this place! They have pickled red onions which are my favorite and radishes, cucumber, limes, salsas and all the fixings at their salsa bar. We try to go every Tuesday. They don't have a taco Tuesday deal but their prices are reasonable without it. Plenty of seating and the place is clean, staff is very nice. Would highly recommend and already have
Some of the best carne asada tacos I’ve ever had. You can tell this place takes pride in using quality ingredients! Not to mention the carne asada was grilled to perfection!
Loved the homemade salsas as well!!
