3 Star only because the sprayer had good pressure and did good on spraying off the dirt on my truck but the wash selector didn't yield soap. The brush did however spurt out a good amount of soap. The vaccums are not that great and the holes on the hose have been taped where there might have been cracks. Every quarter gives you 20 seconds extra on the wash. There is only one wash bay and the others are auto washes. So expect to wait if your going to spray wash. Update vaccums and if possible and add another bay.

Swiped my card selected the 11$ wash. Tire cleaner came on as I pulled in stopped where it said to. Auto washer started went down drivers side and stopped . Sat there for couple min nothing soap down half the truck. Hand wash bay was out of order so couldn't wash off that half. THERE WAS A PHONE NUMBER POSTED "GREAT" yeah not so much number dosnt dial just disconnects. Used to love this car wash TOTAL FAIL OUT 11$

We paid $12 for the automatic car wash. The drivers side of the car had no soap come out. The passenger side did, but overall the car was still very dirty after going through the car wash. The attached picture is right after. There was still mud all over the car.
The automatic did not do well after our last snow. My van was not as dirty after the $12 wash, but it was still visibly dirty.
Really 0 stars. I put $2.00 in self serve.
Got 0 water. I called faded number, said was sold off years ago. If this were true, new owner left old owners number to get complaints directed in wrong direction. I Hand wrote a note, and stuck in door. Heard nothing. So, left a one star review. This place sucks. Needs to go down stream. City of Pratt Kansas ain't no better. Probably drive to avoid this place. Ain't fit for humans. 0 stars, maybe minus stars. Total garbage. Wish I never ever saw it. Regret it 100%.
This car wash has two automated bays and one self wash bay. The prices are about what I'd expect. There's usually not a long wait. My only complaint is that in the automated wash bays, the wash doesn't get bugs off well. Perhaps I need to use the self wash bay.
Some of the machines were not working but it did a pretty good job once we finally got it running. $2 for 4 minutes and then you can add a quarter for 25 or 30 seconds.
Foam brush works pretty good
It was just really dirty from some other people cleaning their cars or trucks ????....
