Best WLM Reviews
Mr. Preston was amazing! 100% would recommend. He tested everything on my car for me and was so nice and informative. If I ever need his help again, I won’t hesitate to call! The pricing is incredibly fair too!
We called Preston when our car refused to start at Lakefront airport. After we described our problem he quickly came back with a very reasonable quote for the repair, and offered to come over right away to get us back on the road. In the end we decided to have the car towed to a shop, because we were concerned that there might be additional issues, but we appreciated Preston's quick, professional response very much. 10/10 would use in the future if our car broke down again in the East New Orleans area.
We live 2 hours from New Orleans. Our 20 year old son was broken down needing an alternator at an auto parts store and we googled and found Preston. He was understanding of our problem and got to the car in 2 hours & installed the part. Pleasant to deal with and very fair, considering the circumstance. Very satisfied. Thank you, Mr. Preston!
Perfectly prompt, respectful and courtesy ol' school local like who knows his stuff. 65$ to come out to ya'+. Set prices for services with explanation. Preston's energy was righteous and he even followed up after he was all paid up and done with me.
Call/text him. Felt well cared for
Preston was prompt, professional, and pleasant. He was very nice and handled my entire car issue while I was at work, and then came to my workplace so I could pay him. I would give him more than five stars if I could.
Mr. Preston was wonderful! He arrived promptly and gave me a thorough and clear explanation of what was wrong with my truck. Super professional and great quality work.
Preston’s diagnostic test are on point. Our truck needed a fuel pump. Our truck rides “smooth as butter”. We are very grateful because that is our only form of transportation. I will highly recommend his services.
The service is beyond impecable! They gave me a thorough breakdown, in lamens terms, of everything they were doing while working on the car. They were even kind enough to give me an umbrella for the shade and ice cold water to on that hot summers day. Car works like brand new!
