We were driving across America when our jeep decided to overheat. We luckily found this place 20 minutes down the road on a Saturday and they went above and beyond to ensure we were back on the road. They even stayed late, ordered parts, and went to go pick up the parts for us. Also for about half the price of other service shops!! We were welcome with such open arms, such an amazing generous group of men! Thank you for all of your service.
They did work on me and my girlfriends car recently. Superb attention to detail, great price, and great customer service. Will keep taking our cars here! These guys are great and you can tell they don’t rush jobs and their attention to detail is top notch.
This was the fourth place I called and only place that was able to service my brakes that day. I drove down a few minutes after and had my brakes inspected. The mechanic showed me how bad the rotor and brake pads looked and then I went inside for a quote. The price sounded okay and I was told that the car would be good to go in 5 hours.
Service was 10/10. George was friendly and comforting.
Edit: So fast forward a year or so, my Sonata is at the dealership for a recall and they tell me that the brakes were replaced incorrectly. Turns out that Car Pros TN put front rotors on backwards and it would cost a hefty sum to fix it. I told the mechanic that I had them replaced at Car Pros and the mechanic just said they put them on wrong and it’s why my brake pads wore down so quickly. I’m not car savvy so as far as I knew, the rotors were on fine. Ended up trading the car in since the cost to fix the rotors + everything else was more than half the car’s worth anyways.
So be careful when getting your rotors replaced here!
I just left the shop and I would highly recommend if you have problems in this area that you go see George. These mechanics are Christians and their light shines through their work, prices and their overall character and demeanor. Within the last couple years I gave my life and heart to Jesus Christ and these men show me the example of what I can be in the kind of Christian I want to be.
Only shop I trust with my car. Great customer service, repairs are done in a timely manner, prices are beyond reasonable, etc.
I have trusted Car Pros TN to work on my Miata two times. Both times, they have completed the work quickly and have done an excellent job with it. George (the owner) is extremely honest and friendly and runs a tight shop. He goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your repairs and keeps you informed throughout the process. I am completely satisfied with my experiences at Car Pros and will be back next time my car needs service.
Great people and a quick repair exactly as quoted fixed every small thing I could find needing fixed. Drum brakes, exhaust, a tire & battery. Made my life a little easier will definitely be a return customer in the future. Thanks again!
Had multiple issues on a long ride up through the country and found these guys along the way. The BEST experience I’ve ever had at an auto mechanic! Customer service was absolutely incredible. They truly cared about seeing me get safely back on the road. Even did a full check on the car (free of charge) after the repairs were made to make sure I was good to go. 10/10, highly recommended, cannot speak highly enough about Car Pros!
