First time going to Car One Auto Service on Craig Rd. last year 2023 to R & R the CV Boot. The manager Alex was very nice and was able to take my car the following day. I was very happy that my car was ready at the time Alex said it would be ready.
Recently, I found out my car is leaking. Well, here I go to Car One Auto Service to visit my new friend Alex. Again, Job well done just like last year. I'm so happy now knowing that there's Car One Auto Service that I can go to with NO hesitations. Thank you Alex and your A Team. Job well done! Highly recommend!

I initially took my car in for the camshaft position sensor. While there I added on a transmission oil change and the rear main seal to be fixed. Before leaving it, I clearly stated I need I back the same day, if it's not possible we can just focus on the initial main problem. I didn't not get my car back until the next day after business hours, which they charged me extra for, when they had my car for 2 days to do the job.
A day later my check engine light came back on, and it was the same initial code I took it in for. When taking my car back, he stated that they changed the sensor but not the actual camshaft. And to leave my car for a couple hours for a diagnosis. No need for one when I have the code printed out from O'Reilly.
Now 3 days later after it being out of the shop (today), my car cuts off. My husband and I went to O'Reilly to buy a camshaft sensor and he replaced it for me. To only find out, the sensor was never even changed. Now the check engine light is officially off now.
And that's not all, now my transmission is leaking and it wasn't before. I don't care about convenience. Will not be going to them anymore. They acted too nonchalant about the situation.
So grateful I found a shop that does honest and fair work - a rarity in this day and age! Car One Auto Service goes above and beyond with their service, care and concern for not only your vehicle but you as a client/customer. Everyone is friendly, helpful and genuinely providing top of line service and customer care. Highly recommend!! Frontman Alex is the best ????

Random overcharges ,stolen parts !!!!!
I got my fan belt changed by them was quoted $140 then they realized it was 2 belts so raised it to $190 paid without arguing.
My ac went out was quoted $748 took off my compressor and said they didn’t realize the one they needed for my car was actually more expensive so raised the price by $108 so I had to pay something regardless it was already taken out so of course I complained about it and they didn’t have much to say just said they were “honest mechanics with good pricing” to ask around.
Now I got my car back and it’s squealing from the fan belt they changed and they’re claiming it’s my alternator. (It wasn’t making that noise before even with a damaged fan belt).
On another note I checked my oil levels and I noticed my oil dipstick guide is missing and that isn’t a part that just falls off it’s screwed on.
Wouldn’t trust these guys if I were you they’re doing some sketchy stuff , they didn’t even let me know my car was done after the ac job since we argued.
Only way I found out is because my wife took an Uber to them to pay the remaining balance for me and they told her there
These guys were awesome ! Honest people. Dropped my vehicle to get breaks done and they got it done in less than half day. Fair price and quality service ! Highly recommended. They cleared a couple glitches and did that for free
They gave me a good price on repairs and good timing on getting the work done.
My car died while I was picking up food next door. They gave me a jump and didn’t ask me for anything. I will definitely be coming here for all my car needs. Very nice and generous!! 5 stars …..
