We took are vehicle there with what I thought was a brake problem,
i expected to have to get brand new brakes front and back, They were very honest and
told us that the brakes were just fine and probably needed an alignment. I appreciate this honesty and I will take all my vehicles there from now on.

They may do good work but guess I'll never know. I called in January wanting an inspection, was told it would be over a month before I could get in. Two weeks ago I requested an appointment through their website to get an alignment. I never heard from them. I'm assuming business is so good they do not need new customers. I now use Integrity Auto just down the street.
They were friendly and all, but it took an incredible amount of time to get my vehicle looked at. I told them there was shaking when turning my car sharply, the suggested a tire rotation. I also had two tire pressure sensors replaced. Total labor cost for a tire rotation and two TPM sensors ended up being over 400 dollars. Prices are insane compared to other places I have taken my car. Also, the car still shakes when turning, so wasn't even fixed.
I recently got my Cadillac serviced at Car Doctor Plus and was extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and the people working there, they were very professional. I would highly recommend this shop to everybody and will. If I could give them higher then five stars I would!!
Unbelievably excellent service at Car Doctor Plus! My cousin was visiting from out of town and he popped a tire on the road. We called Car Doctor Plus about ten minutes before their closing time, and Bryan came out after hours to help us with the tire. He offered to change it, but discovered there was a hole, and ordered us a tire right then and there. My cousin was able to get the new tire put on at Car Doctor Plus the next day when the shipment came in.
Prompt service and it is clear Bryan and those working at Car Doctor Plus are extremely knowledgeable about cars/ mechanics and care about the costumer.
Don’t think twice about visiting Car Doctor Plus.
Short version of this post is I used CarDoctor+ by Lake of the Woods for the first time and was very impressed by their honest service and money saved. Highly recommend.
Long version is my car with 70k miles was due for new front brakes. Dealer quote was $2,100 including new rotors (Audi doesn’t recommend milling or “turning” rotors) so I was looking for a more economical and closer option. Since the owner of CarDoctor+ lives a few doors down and I had seen other positive post, I gave them a call for a quote. Their quote, including new rotors, was just over $1,100. That’s a lot of coin saved versus the dealer quote so I gave them a shot. Everyone at CarDoctor+ was super to work with and the final bill was only $260 because it turns out my rotors were just fine and didn’t need to be replaced or turned. They could have easily replaced the rotors and charged me the higher amount and I still would have been satisfied (and none the wiser) but they were honest about the actual needs of the car and did only the work that was required. Super impressed and will certainly be back for wife’s brakes and other work for both cars. If you haven’t tried them out I would highly recommend.
