I have gone to Daniel at Car Clinic several times. The thing that impresses me is that he does professional work quickly. I have never had to leave my vehicle overnight as I have with every other mechanic in town. Also, because of his vast experience, he knows how to fix things efficiently. He won't sell you a set of tie rods or ball valves when all that is needed is some grease and screws tightened.
Great guy. Wife's car had a flat not only did he helped take the tire off he also helped bend the rim back and made sure everything was great.. If you have any issues with your vehicle highly suggest taking it here.
Absolutely the WORST.... Daniel asks for my car repair job....
Amateur work at best. NOT the correct material, a/c still doesn't work.... he put untreated fluid in my car...taped on a trash bag,, didn't clean up,, broke my lights, and more. I have been lied to several times... I have come in on the weekends so he could work....they are not showing up..it is the middle of April....this has been going on since March. Absolutely outstanding customer service! Daniel is extremely professional and knowledgeable, in addition to being very personable. He fixed the ac in my lincoln in record time, brought it in a little after 8 am, he diagnosed, got the needed parts & completed the job all before close of business. Top tier customer service. Definitely recommend.
Mr.Daniel was so funny and nice. He made this a painless experience. Especially for someone who knows nothing about cars. I highly recommend him (& the Car Clinic!)
Not sure who I spoke with but their phone etiquette and attitude was horrible. Don’t understand why some people are in the service industry.
Daniel was fantastic! We were on a roadtrip and moving across the country when my older car started making some strange noises - thankfully, we found the C.A.R. Clinic in Shreveport and Daniel was able to fit us in and look at my car that day. Daniel was extremely kind, considerate, and professional, and he was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Daniel was also very honest and reassured us that this was a minor problem that could wait until we reached our destination and didn't need to be fixed that day. Daniel could have taken advantage of us since we were from out-of-town, but he proved that he valued his integrity over making money off of us. He also fixed my air conditioning system at our request that day. We can't thank Daniel enough for his help during a very stressful time and would highly recommend him to others.
Well respected to his business and work, I really appreciate his honesty and understanding that I don't need so much work on my car like the other body shop try to upsell a lot so I'm just blessed that he told me that I really don't need to spend money at the moment
