Best WLM Reviews
I tried this shop for the first time on a recommendation, but won’t be returning. They’re professional and communicative, but not very clear on policies or hours. The $175 diagnostic fee is only refunded if you get all recommended services, which feels a little unfair to me considering he only told me that after the diagnostic was completed. Also this place doesn’t really open until 9am, despite saying 8am on the sign. I waited for an hour to just pay and get my car back so I can take it to a different shop. I’m sure people have had pleasant experiences here, but I won’t be returning.
Chris and Wang are awesome. I had dropped my car off at a local shop for a broken exhaust etc. They weren't able to fix it and informed to call a muffler shop. I googled the area and Car care one came up with excellent reviews. So I called, I spoke with Wang first, he had me excited with stating years of experience with my model of car. I dropped it off @230pm...by 345, Chris was calling me with an estimate and time. My car was ready same day by 5pm! And very fair pricing! I was amazed. I've been looking for a decent, honest shop for a few yrs for my baby. I finally found it. Thanks Chris and Wang. Looking forward to working with you guys again ????
I always get excellent service and thorough detail from Chris and his mechanics , never disappointed with them !
The owner and his staff are absolutely exceptional. After losing my job because of the pandemic, my car sat for a while. I wasn't driving it on the regular basis anymore, which lead to countless issues. Chris educated me on the problems, resolved them quickly, & brought my car back to life.
My family has used their services multiple times over the years. I wouldn't dare consider taking my car anywhere else. They have great customer service & are trustworthy. I highly recommend any of my friends and family to use their services when needed as well as anyone reading this review.
Wang and Chris have been my goto mechanics for almost 20 years! Highly recommend!
Still going strong these are my car family!
The quicklane I went to in my town basically ripped me off claiming they couldn't align my car with aftermarket parts because they were not adjustable which they were. They where just lazy and looking for money. I left with my car driving worse than when I arrived. I took an hr drive to car care and Paul got me right. Car care actually takes the time to work on your vehicle. They actually know what they're doing. Not to mention the price comparison was was better. Also there was less wait time. Pictures are worth a thousand words. I recommend coming here.
My grandfather ravessss of this establishment and I couldnt agree more as I have always been showed great customer service and superb care of my car. For 5+ years I’ve been coming to this shop and they are able to fix my car and explain what went wrong, and occasionally when Firestone or Pepboys couldn’t! Chris and the entire staff - absolutely the best and would recommend to anyone needing top notch service and care.
After my prior mechanic of 15 years passed away during the covid pandemic I was in search for a good reliable and most of all HONEST MECHANIC and I came across Car Care One. Chris and his crew have absolutely been amazing. I have since referred numerous friends and family members to them and they also have been well pleased. 2 thumbs up
