Great pizza, homemade dough and sauce. Homemade sausage sandwich was amazing! Old school Greek pizza joint run by the original owners. If you know what that means then you know what to expect. Very local friendly atmosphere. Grab a pie, it is worth the try!
I want to love this place, but I can't. Service was great. This pizza was as basic as pizza could get. Pies cut into squares, not sure if that's a north shore or captain pizza thing ???? I'd prefer traditional slices. Check it out if you like the most basic pizza for your kids.
Trash tier food. I'd give it one star but I didn't give this place an opportunity to go that low by ordering something that's hard to fudge that bad. But definitely not a destination. I should have known when cook's ungloved thumb was falange deep into my sub roll as he was smearing questionable looking yellow mayo into it. Just stick your thumb right in my mouth next time Chef Boyardee.
Not very happy with the food. First the chicken sandwich is chicken fingers in a roll. Then looked at our "steak tips".. humm ..cubed steak in bite size pieces. But the winner of this meal was when we looked for our order of fries and order of onion rings( which are supposed to come with the dinners we ordered). To our surprise we opened a container and saw fries with 3 onion rings. $55 dollars of nothing!! Live and learn to read the current reviews.
13$ for a small buffalo finger sub with a side of blue cheese. 2 and a half chicken fingers and some bread, nice. I’d never recommend anyone to go here.
Been going here since I was a kid, haven't been there in 10 years, best pizza than anywhere.
Terrible pizza i think it was old. The dough is absolutely horrible. And the customer service is even worse!! I called them to check where my order was the guy told me it was on its way and instantly hung up. Do better!
Won’t be back to captains after a recent incident.
Called and ordered a chicken caesar wrap with fried chicken for delivery. To prevent any mistakes, I specifically repeated fried chicken numerous times on the phone. Upon receiving my food, I found that the chicken inside the wrap was grilled. A simple mistake. I politely called the restaurant to inform them of their mistake and to possibly send over the correct wrap. The same man who originally took the order was now arguing with me that the chicken was in fact fried. I was shocked as I steered down at the grilled chicken in the wrap. He couldn’t comprehend the fact that he was wrong. He told me he would know it was fried since he made it but the sad reality was that he did not know.
A situation like this shouldn’t call for any sort of escalation but the man was standing firm on his beliefs. After being hung up on numerous times, I was finally able to reach a more reasonable individual. It would make sense after such frustration to request a full refund, however, I only requested the wrap to be credited.
I’d like to add that I’ve never had an issue with the food here. However, I can’t rationally return to a business that treats their customers with such bitter disrespect.
