Slow service. The decor is your modern greys mixed with wood paneling. Cashier wasn't around for 10+ minutes then after the order was placed it took another 20 minutes. The shrimp are cooked golden Brown. They have a perfect level of lemon pepper season with an excellent crunch. Was it worth the wait though? Some would say yes and others no, but I fall squarely in the middle. If I'm in the mood, this would be my go to order, but I'm not going out of my way to get it. As far as the po'boy...they put American cheese on it which is a first for me since usually these sandwiches don't have cheese and the picture didn't display any cheese whatsoever. The cheese is atleast fully melted (the fact that it can melt means it's not necessarily cheap cheese.)
The chicken was fair but it was not Captain Hook ‘s they need to change the name because they are giving the real captain hooks a real bad name. They only have one flavored lemonade which looks like a frozen drink with crushed ice. Their special does not come with fries or a slice of bread and was stingy with the lemon pepper. It’s great to have another chicken place in the neighborhood but it’s not captain hooks guess I have to travel to 85th for some original captain hooks
Always cook good food. Seasoned to perfection. I purchased a fried catfish and jumbo shrimp combo. Fye!

I placed an order through GrubHub, and asked to substitute Nacho Cheese. THEY PUT AMERICAN SLICES ON MY TACOS, and when I called back they said they would never do that.

New owners , the service was good and friendly. The food was terrible. The chicken was over cooked over batter re-cooked and dark brown , not the color of golden brown chicken. It was just terrible soon as we open the bag and looked at the chicken my husband said what the hell is this taste not good.I would not suggest to go to this place under new ownership, and you can tell.
The food was terrible. The philly steak sandwich was salty and just all around horrible. The gyro cheese burger was terrible. It was dry and disgusting. I wouldn't feed a dog that food. It was by far the worst and they changed way too much for the food to be thrown away. I'm truly disappointed that the food was gross.
Their fish I dont care for , to much breading and is fried to hard,
but their fried chicken is off the chain when its fried fresh daily never the less this store is tight on napkin, I had three people in my party and was given only one each ,wrinkled and balled up at that this is really sad and petty... THAT THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT VALUE IT CUSTOMERS! Show love pass it on!!
