This place was completely disgusting. The dining area was very filthy and needed a good cleaning and no employee attempted to clean it. Atmosphere is a big zero! No employee greeted you, we said we were eating there so they decided to pack it up, ice machine needed ice and when I asked I was looked at like I was stupid. Sauces were completely empty, hardly no paper towels and the drinking area was nasty. NEVER going back!!
I drove all the way across town to get white fish sandwich. I told the young man that waited on me to make sure nothing is on my sandwich 3 times. I told the cook as well but he may have not heard me. It came out with tarter sauce and lettuce. I am allergic to the sauce. When the lady opened my food container only she glanced at it so I went to another counter and checked it out. It was loaded with tarter sauce so I asked them to please make me another one. A girl took my sandwich in the back and washed it off. That is a very poor business practice. I asked them if it was the same piece of fish and they lied to me. When I got home I took one bite and could taste the sweetness of the tarter sauce so I fed it to my dogs. 11.00 down the drain! It got me more that they lied to me. I will go back but I will be more persistent. I should have made them make me a whole new sandwich.????????
We have never had an issue with our food at this location until today. Very disappointed with the service and quality of our food. They were rude from start to finish in drive thru. She gave us our food and said that was it then tried to shut the window without taking our money. She asked what we needed and my husband had to tell her we needed to pay for our food. The only thing good was our chicken tenders and shrimp. The rest of our food was horrible. The fish was overcooked on my sandwich and just a big mess in the box. The fries were old and cold. It's a shame that you spend so much money just to get poor service.
Love the grilled white fish! Service is always great and everyone is super nice. I do wish that you guys would enable your online ordering. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and if I could order ahead I would come there.
I have long had a love/hate relationship with captain d due to my local branch. This one was different, went for a bogo offer which was not available at this location (bad start) the counter attendant apologized and offered a list of discounts that I might be eligible for (none applied) except senior discount. Order was taken and when I went to get it she whispered "got you a few more fries, we want you back". A couple of extra fries along with being wanted and good fish, better then normal captain d's, makes this a place I will go out of my way to eat at when going through this area.
Great service at the drive through. This one gives me a military discount, and the one in Radcliff does not. I am so glad to have found this out! The food is tasty, and I love their option of fried okra as a side!
This stop was very convenient and fast. The employees were very attentive and friendly. The dining area was clean and tables stocked with paper towels on their holders. The condiment station seemed to have had a couple of the sauces blended together in their dispensers, so I informed the employee, and they gave me packets for my meal so that I could have sauces to enjoy. The food was delicious and tasted fresh.
This location seems to be in need of updates, including the parking lot. The cabinet doors behind the register were off their hinges, and the drink station looked a little dirty and ran down. The food was delicious and tasted fresh.
Well the food was good, but they left part of my meal out. I didn't see it until I was already at home. I love the food, but very much prefer to get what I pay for.
