The food here is horrible the fish is double fried to the point it dark brown. Grease saturated like a sponge. Long John Silvers don’t have that much grease dripping out of fish. This entire plate went in trash. The food is garbage.
Needed 2 orders of crackling with my order and they only had 1 order...really? The fish was good but needed more tarter sauce on it. I can only eat half were I had weight loss surgery but the don't sale a 1 pc sandwich any more..very disappointing ????. Love the sweet tea and I love you can buy it by the gallon. Much cheaper than individual drinks.
Fish nowhere as good as it used to be. Used to be 2 big filets and now their like strips. Sad
It was my first time at this location and it was good I will be stopping by again when down there
Very dirty, rude staff, extremely small portions of food & charged for meals instead of single items. I asked for cocktail sauce multiple times received ketchup inoted causing me to attempt to go in and get it only to discover the doors were locked early not closing time. I will go out of my way to Versailles Road from now on!
Drive to service was good. Food on the other hand with a little skimpy. Half a fish stick on a bun dose not a meal make.
Captain D's in Frankfort is back to it's old self. I was concerned they would never recover from the covid pandemic. Service was a little slow but to be fair they were quite busy. The claims were fried correctly. They were tender and tasty not rubbery. The Cole slaw was fresh. The fries were hot. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Very good food and very helpful and friendly staff. The only negative was - it appeared that the drive thru folks were getting much more attention than the customers that actually bothered to come into the restaurant.
