Worst experience ever. One person ahead of me and it took twenty five minutes to get my food. The cashier wasn’t pleasant and didn’t even ask if I wanted sauce. Then after we asked for tarter sauce she didn’t even give us any. I had to go inside and get sauce. Upon which the inside didn’t even have sauce ready. They were empty. I had to go ask (again) for sauce. My fries were not hot or salted, my sandwich bun is burnt and my fish isn’t hot either. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!
Fantastic friendly service. Food hot and fresh. Restaurant was very clean and comfortable.
I went with my mother and my grandmother for mothers day to give them a treat and pretty sad we got greeted with attitude from a staff member who and I qoute told us "we have only three staff members and it's senior day so were only taking drive thru!" I understand if they are under staffed but it's kinda inexcusable to be rude like that especially when we had JUST opened the door! Thanks for the great mother day expierence :)
Placed a dine in order. Waited 15 min then asked how soon and were told "we don't know, we got a big order in the drive thru". We asked for a refund but since there was no manager there they could not do a refund!
My hubsand and I went there on date night Wednesday. Very good very clean. He tried the spicy new dishes and I got my favorite fish and chicken. I love it. The only thing I didn't like was a customer sat in the dining room with his son and made his calls for work. He was a telemarketer. He must have sat there a good 30 minutes. Not a word to his son! It was rude and very discerning on his part. I really was hoping he would have left.

Let me be honest... I have never been a fish fan.
I just had grilled white fish with shrimp skewers. I honestly don't think I have had a better fish meal eating out. Absolutely amazing... No heavy fish taste afterwards.... The seasoning was great.
Thank you Captain D's... It was my 2nd visit there and it will be one I will always remember.
First time going. Good was freshly cooked and hot when received, just took 30mins sitting in drive through. Enough time for me to witness front counter staff playing around and eating food and not washing hands dealing with customers and orders.
I would give 0 stars if possible. The last 2 times going here was terrible. I used to love their food. The shrimp taste so strong like fish it’s disgusting. The Mac and cheese is runny with a water base layer on top. It used to take a while to get your food but it was worth the wait. Now u get your food right away. I think they are pre making a lot of food and even when it’s old they are still serving it. They must be under new management. They need to go back to the old management/ procedures.
