Today, I ordered fish and side + 5 pieces of shrimp and these were very good. I definitely suggest eating fish and sea products for the meal. I like the environment and they were very kind to me.
Placed an online order and came to the drive thru around 20 minutes later. Was waiting for a while and was told to come inside after waiting. Went inside and it was busy, which is normal. Got our food, was given like 4 fries???? I understand that it was short staffed but I was also missing another set of fries. There was a line of people inside who were not attended for a while and was more focused on the drive thru. Food was good, but service and portion of fries was concerning.
No apology for serving raw fish. Unfortunately, I ate some before realizing.
In reality it's actually a 4 and 3/4 Stars. Everything's good I've been there multiple times. The only slight problem is the amount of time at the drive-thru. It is about 12 minutes per car but the bright side is the food is fresh and not sitting on a burner keeping it warm. Fish tastes better when it's fresh and tenders too honestly.

Decided to give this place another shot, after several years... I liked the 5.99 lunch special which brought me here. Unfortunately I'm not impressed at all.
The food was horrible, I hate to say this but this will be my last time coming.
The fish was so greasy, the taste overall was a negtive 0 without finishing the plate. My husband didn't even eat his plate he threw it away.
Great customer service and the sauces was great. Thats it. ... the prices for the sides are beyond high as well.
Wow one employee... I thought the drive thru would help me get in and out but no it took approximately 30 min to wait for my food. Oh and guess what? The food wasn't cooked all the way through. ???? I want my money back! Can't believe this madness. How do you get uncooked grilled shrimp? No way you guys are still in business
I went there for their giant fish sandwich. I had heard it was very good and it was. We went through the drive through. My only comment at the window was, "did they have to go catch it". I will be back for another one.
Haven't seen one in years. Went to Orlando and there it was. Got the 2 fish special. Was ok, a bit greasy but tasted alright. Probably pay a bit more and get better fish. Not sure. Add 5 shrimp for $1.99 was a boost. Not gourmet , however useful if a quick meal is in order. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great food, fast drive-through, and better than average at getting orders right. 5 stars for that. LOVE the food. However indoor dining has gone downhill, and I’m reluctant to ever dine in there again. Dirty tables, ants crawling at a couple of the booths and near the register, and a sagging waterlogged ceiling tile dripping water on the floor during my last visit.
