If I could give no stars or negative I would. I used to love coming to this place but the last couple of months this place has totally gone to hell. I never thought I would see a day where people were mad that they had a way to pay their bills. And that's basically how the employees at that establishment behave. If you don't want to go to work stay home. Because taking your stank attitude out on customers is not okay. Even the managers and the general managers are horrible and that's why the subordinates are. And me making this review will change nothing. Corporate is very much aware of how horrible their employees are but all they care about is keeping up with their lifestyle. They don't truly care about the consumers.
I usually enjoy my experience at this location, however on May 17, 2024 my family and I stopped in for an early dinner. The service was quick, but there was only two employees, one taking orders indoors, and drive thru, and one cooking. All of the tables were dirty. My Brother said the Men's Bathroom was disgusting. I believe him because you could smell the stench coming from it in the dining area, which made for an unpleasant meal. Your Staff has to do better with maintaining the full ingretity of your establishment. I doubt I will return, which saddens me. But I can't eat from places that don't keep the bathrooms clean.
Came on a Saturday afternoon never had this place , and it’s dirty . Waited 15 min to place an order because the lady was up front by herself , coleslaw was NASY , place seem outdated . The Second Lady had long nails a bonnet red , sweatpants and crocks on , and that may be fine if they didn’t have dine in . No flavor and my fish sandwich, didn’t have no lettuce. Just mayo
I am only giving this place 3stars because of an employee by the name Ayden who was very professional and made sure that I got my order. I completed an order online and once I get there I find out that they don’t have what I ordered. Ayden tried to call the area manager several times because she needed assistance with refunding my money for order and the area manager did not answer. She then went to the back and checked to see if they had what I wanted in the freezer and they did have it. Although I had to wait a long time because the fish had to unthaw before she cooked it she wanted make sure that I left with my order. My food was fresh and she fried the hell out of my catfish lol Thanks Ayden I left satisfied.
I had an interview here today and the hiring manager left way before I even got there for said interview. Also, another manager was on duty and told me that she couldn’t interview me even though the restaurant wasn’t busy (no customers in the lobby AT ALL) and only had 1 car in the drive thru. Very unprofessional 0/10 wouldn’t recommend working here or eating here. I would also like to add that NO ONE contacted me beforehand to let me know that the manager was leaving or to reschedule the interview
It's great chicken, seafood and corn!! Mac & cheese a little milky. Broccoli needs salt and pepper. But understandable for diabetics. Boyfriend loves the cole slaw!
The food was very fresh and service was friendly and fast. Will be stopping again soon.
This was my first visit here at this location.
It was clean and neat! Food was delicious!
