The service here was better than any other Captain D I've ever been to. Darius greeted us as soon as we walked in. He took our order and was very polite. Darius even came to our table to make sure we had everything we needed after bringing our food. The food was good and everyone enjoyed our meal, I'd say the service and food was much better than the location near my home.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Gives a back-home vive. French fries are always delicious. Other sides (green beans, corn-on-the-cob, broccoli) are not.
Bathroom and dining area were very clean, neat, well equipped and organized.
This place is so nasty The food here does not taste Good The Mac and cheese looked like it had something black in it all around it don't know what that was The fries tasted microwaved so hard Couldn't eat it And the fish looked like it had been pulled out of the trash can It was so hard and stale And the Coleslaw Tasted old We could not even finish our food it was so disgusting We left most of it on the table within the Captain d's Table I never eat here again I just hope I haven't Is caught anything They couldn't even give this food out for free The only thing that was good was the hush puppies It was definitely not worth driving 40 minutes The food tastes like it came out the trash can!
I ordered the fish & chicken meal through the drive-thru and it was delicious! That's my go-to meal there. The person that took my order was very pleasant. I will be back!
Food was extremely greasy but it's to be expected right? But the service was tremendous and amazing everything was quick. And tasted good.
I ordered the Supreme sampler with fries and slaw. Needless to say, the meal was hot and good. No real complaints here as everything was cooked and prepared just right
The staff at this location is very friendly and courteous. The food is really good too. Love the grilled salmon and the price is right.
The one on Jefferson Davis Hwy in Richmond VA is not the cleanest establishment around, the drive thru employee is not very friendly and helpful. She is rude and has an attitude about everything she has to do. I have seen and been a recipient of this more than once or twice.
Other than that, it's not a good idea to go through the drive through here.
