Best WLM Reviews
James somehow remembers my name every time I come in. He’s friendly and an awesome chef! Best Capriottis in town. I love the hot Bobbie and the Cheesteak
The soda didn't taste right and without any hesitations Pamela and Honesty were willing to replace it with something else until I was satisfied. They truly know the meaning of customer service and I hope if you visit this location in Green Valley Ranch, you have the pleasure/ opportunity to meet and be helped by them !!
If you want a Cap sammy, don't go to the store in
Green Valley Ranch, go to a different store. The food is good here, but the service is poor. Every time I order for delivery from this branch, they always mess up the order and short it. When you call to get a refund for the shorted items, they give you a run around. The staff can't seem to fill a simple order correctly.
Two sandwiches, two chips, two brownies and two cookies. The sandwiches are always correct, and the chips seem to find their way in the delivery, but cookies and brownies are all too often missing, and I still get charged for it.
When you attempt to remedy the situation on the phone, they are rude and hang up on you.
Poor business practice.
Ordered a large Bobbie to split with my wife. We had one bit and tossed it in the trash. Literally had a pound of mayo on it, it was all you could taste. Gained 5 lbs from that one bit! What a waste of money.
Disappointed when counted tip money, then asks to take my order. Really? Watched while making sandwich, carefully measures and weights. The sandwich was not filled, bread on both sides had nothing inside.
So, I placed an online order tonight. A small Italian sandwich for my boyfriend and a medium for myself. On mine, I asked for no tomatoes and to add mayo, vinegar and oil. On my boyfriends, I had them add mayo and extra meat. Well, mine had tomatoes and the vinegar and oil was not added. I got a text from my boyfriend saying his has oil and vinegar on it, which he cannot have, and he was asking why there wasn’t tomatoes on his sandwich. So, they screwed up our orders that I spent over $21 on, and now my boyfriend can’t eat his lunch at 10pm while he is at work. I am giving two stars because I did call and they did refund me for my order, even when i told them I would be happy with just having the money back for the smaller sandwich my bf can’t eat. They were very apologetic.
The Wagyu beef is an unbelievable choice to say the least. They are extremely quick while around town delivering for our clients. The place is always clean and is always sure to put the hungry feeling in the dark! Thanks for the great service.
Excellent classic Philly cheese steak in the food court smack dab on the casino floor. Yee haw!!!
