I have been wanting to try the chicken Parmesan sub here for a long time. I got the medium sub in a meal and it was about $18. That felt like a lot, especially after a tip. It's a good size though, I left full. I was pretty disappointed in the sub though, especially after how much I paid. The peppers didn't seem to go with the sandwich and there was very little marinara sauce. The chicken was dry and just didn't taste great. I will probably give a different sub another shot eventually but not anytime soon.
First time to Capriotti’s but I’ve heard legends regarding their “Bobbie” sandwhich so I knew it was a must try. It was AMAZING. I got a half sandwhich made hot. Had slow roasted turkey, with hand made stuffing and cranberry sauce with mayo. I was skeptical that the cranberry sauce wouldn’t ruin the taste but it was the perfect balance between sweet and savory. I should’ve got the “whole” size. Definitely a place I’ll check out again.
If you are looking for a sandwich shop with a wide variety of tasty sandwiches with excellent meat - and when I say excellent, I mean truly top-notch meat-, and other toppings that is in Lehi at Traverse Mountain, then you have found a pretty good place.
The meat and other toppings and cheese for the Philly cheesecake sandwich were absolutely excellent.
This would be 5 stars, except I found the bread simply did not enhance the sandwich the way such a high-quality sandwich should have done. The bread was fresh, but it hadn't been toasted in an oven or something similar, so the crust was not crispy - the way you want, especially for a Philly cheesesteak.
Kind employees and speedy service made for an overall great experience.
This was my first time eating at Capriotti's. We were road tripping through Utah and craving a sandwich. I enjoyed the Capistrami and my hubby liked the Italian. Pastrami and coleslaw are so good on a sandwich.
Phone line is broken. Drove there and their door was locked (30 minutes prior to closing). Door has a sign that says, “no dine-in”, “no curbside available”. Only way to get food is to order online on their website. They don’t answer the door for customers unless you bang on it and signal you have an online order. Watched a guy walk up, knock, I told him he has to order online and he said “screw that” and walked away. You guys are screwing yourselves out of easy money on a Friday night.
Food was good. After I learned how to jump through all their hoops to get it.
I didn't know about their Thanksgiving Bobbie sandwich and it being "the greatest sandwich in America" so I definitely wanted to give it a try. It did not disappoint! It had chunks of turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. It had lots of flavor and was nice and moist. I haven't gotten a sandwich like that anywhere else!
A few years ago when we were in Downtown disney, we tried Earl of Sandwich and I loved their Thanksgiving sandwich! We don't have one close to us but I realized that Capriotti's had a similar item on the menu (the Bobbie). Tried it out and it was pretty good!!
Capriotti’s has delicious food and a fun environment. We tried the sandwiches and loved every one. Our favorites were The Bobbie, Chicken Chipotle Crunch and the Grilled Chicken Parm. The BBQ Chicken and Cole Turkey were close runners up. We will definitely be back for more! ????
