Best WLM Reviews
Ordered the Bobbie off the menu and it doesn’t look anything like the advertised photo. The meat is sooooo dry and hardly any cranberries. I wanted to try this sandwich because everyone gives an amazing review but if this is how it’s made I don’t get the hype.
Great sandwiches! Service is good considering you order prior to being seated. The guy sleeping outside in the shade took points away for atmosphere. Haha.
Got the Hot Bobby sandwich, which was freaking delicious! It is Thanksgiving in a sub roll...what more could you want? Unless you don't like turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce...then I wouldn't order it.
This is my review as a cater order delivery driver. I arrived to pick up a two hundred dollar order that was pre ordered. I had already driven 25 minutes to get there, once there it was a long line obviously because it's lunch time. I head to the front of the line to pick up the order and the lady tells me that I have to wait in line. This is frustrating for food delivery customers because we still need time to deliver the food and our customers are expecting it to be on time. With five people on staff their should be someone dedicated to making sure pick orders leave the store promptly. This affects my livelihood because without tips gas eats up all our profit. Please resolve this huge customer service issue.
This is the best Capriotti's of all the ones I've been to! They're super fast in making your food and they always seem to be welcoming! Food is on point! Keep up the great work and I hope they get raises because they're doing an amazing job!
We ordered 2 large(my husbands with extra pastrami) sandwiches and 2 chicken noodle soups for pickup. When I went to pickup they informed me they were out of chicken noodle soup so they substituted tomato bisque. No biggie. Cool with that. When I got home? My husbands Strami didn’t have extra meat and my hot Bob barely had any Turkey AND the soups were only half full??? What the??? It wasn’t a difficult order. Seriously disappointed as we have always loved Capriottis. Maybe it was just this location??
This is definitely the last time I tip anywhere. But they did a great job at making sure I never come back. This steak sandwich was not cooked fresh in fact I could easily tell it was cooked several times, how else can you make a sandwich look this bad. Worse part is I couldn't eat it, it was just not edible.i suggest you bring a putty knife to clean the mess they make ...
I love capriottis their Thanksgiving turkey sammich is a big hit!! I suggest you get tye large and save one for later ..let it get cold on the fridge and eat it later .. super ????!!
