I didn't know it was possible to mess up a sandwich. Ordered the grilled I Italian and it tastes like dog mush. The manager was nice enough to refund us. We're disappointed as this location is new to our new home.
The absolute worst service. I ordered a salad and sandwich to go, when I got the order home I Iwas pulling out several pieces of rotten lettuce. So I called the store to ask for a refund. I was put on phone with a manager. She was very rude when she got on the phone. She did not address me with "hello may I help you" just "hello! with a major attitude which in turn elevated the whole situation. When I told her what the problem was she immediately told me the lettuce is not rotten. I'm looking right at the salad with rotten lettuce in it. She claimed she made the salad. Since she had such a bad attitude and would not accept responsibility for what a customer is telling her. I told her she needs to do a better job at paying attention to what she's putting in a salad. She then proceeded to hang up on me to inconvenience me even more so of course I had to drive down to the store. When I get to the store the employee is telling me that she's taking a short break and was not available. What a punk. I've been to Capriottis before. The food is usually pretty good. That manager is horrible and unprofessional and incapable of taking responsibility. Why would waste my time trying to call about an issue that's not true. She was working the night of Monday, March 4th.
I ordered through ubereats so I have nothing to say about the customer service. But I really love the cap creation salad I ordered. It's a hefty amount too. The tuna sandwich and the meatball sub was delicious too! I recommend it! The food is good for the price. I ordered again the following day.
Horrible sandwich. Ordered a Bobbie and basically got a cranberry sandwich. Very unhappy.
I've been to a lot of capriotti's around town. Tonight I eat the very best capastrami I've had yet. Fresh and well made. Ty
One of the nicest group of people ever! They were very friendly, the young lady that made are sandwiches was beyond sweet. She made them perfect, even offered extra cranberry when I took the other half home. I’m sorry I forgot her name. Thank you for being so kind. Will be back for sure!
Great sandwiches great service.
We did not get greeted when we entered the building and we were the only ones there, I tried to get the employees attention but he was on his phone and not doing anything that looked like he was working. I have video of me trying to get his attention and him not answering. 3 or 4 minutes later that’s when he took our order. Yes I could’ve gone somewhere else but I have a elderly grandma who wanted her favorite sandwich for her birthday to end her day.
