I took my GS340 to Chris after a bad paint job at another shop he worked in. He assured me the quailty of paint being used in his shop would be better. Initially I was satisfied however under a year and the paint is peeling. I won't take it back and don't recommend unless you want to paint your car every year. Car has only been washed a couple times at the Lexus dealership and once by myself when the the painted started coming as I washed it. Very disappointing.
I had just moved to North Carolina and had an accident in August 2021 with my 2005 Honda CR-V. When I called Capital, Travis answered. He was really helpful. Within hours he picked my car up and had it at his shop. Because it was an older vehicle and I did not have insurance coverage, I was concerned that it would be totaled. Travis let me know just what was needed. It took a while to find parts but I was patient and his team got to work. He ran into a few challenges getting parts and making everything work right. Even when he had an issue Travis went out of his way to find a solution. He kept me in the loop as to what costs would be. When I finally picked up the car l was truly satisfied with the results. My car looked like new. His teams attention to detail was excellent. I would strongly recommend Capital and will return for any future needs. All of the people there were very friendly and the cost of repairs was extremely reasonable. Great job Travis and thank you very much

Chris was absolutely incredible to work with!! After calling around and hearing from several places “can’t see you unless you’re using insurance, it will take about two weeks to get an estimate on your car and another few weeks until your car will be fixed” not to mention being extremely expensive, Capital Auto Painting was the last phone call I made and I wish it had been my first. Chris immediately looked at my car, was fair, honest, reliable, efficient, respectful, and worked around my work schedule and Covid. He made sure my car was ready so I could get to work and put so much care and effort into it. I couldn’t be happier with my car!! He actually made my car look even better than when I first bought it. To have my car fixed so fast with exceptional quality is unreal and beyond appreciated. Thank you guys so much for your time, dedication, and hard work. I hope I won’t need your services again, but if I do, I know just who to call and who to recommend. Thank you so much!!!
I needed my 17-year-old black Ford pickup completely painted and got quotes throughout town, most of them were quoted over the truck's value. I saw Capital Auto Painting grand opening sign. They were very friendly, gave me a tour, and quoted me an awesome price, Their paint booth is state of the art. The truck looks like new and the small problems I saw were corrected immediately and without argument. I couldn't ask for more. I am really glad I gave them a try. Update ...2 years later my paint still looks good and truck is not garaged.
The Capital Auto Painting folks were great!! They treated me fair and honest from the beginning. Explained the quote in detail and did what they said they would do on time and on point. They have state of the are equipment and were very professional. I would highly recommend them. My Toyota looks great!!

Went by to get an estimate and decided to leave my car. They were so affordably priced. And when I picked my car up, I was just like "Wow!". I couldn't believe the difference from when I dropped it off. It was so shiny and new looking. I highly recommend if you're looking to get your car painted, give these guys your business.
These guys are professional and extremely thorough. They made my 2005 Civic look brand new! The prices are competitive and they go above and beyond for their customers. I recommend them to all friends and family.
Owner and staff are very respectful and helpful. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the paint job at first, but they took good care to make sure the job was done right in the end. Very grateful for their help.
