We had a family reunion at The Irish Village in April. They really made the entire event so memorable. Our last reunion was at a family member's home. They spent so much time hosting they didn't get to relax and be a part of it all. This time The Irish Village went above and beyond to make it a great experience. They reserved a block of rooms so our family could be together. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a sitting areas to make it cozy. We were given a private room in their restaurant for a delicious buffet with chicken piccata, braised short ribs and baked haddock. It also included salad, bread, veggies, and dessert. Everyone was thrilled with the spread. After dinner the kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The adults enjoyed the on-site pub. The live music was enjoyed by all. The bartenders went out of their way to accommodate us, keeping the conversation and good times rolling long after the band stopped. I was blessed with a lot of memories that I will cherish because of their hospitality.
My sister and I decided on a last-minute quick getaway after the holidays. We wanted Mom to join us so we chose The Irish Village as she previously visited there quite often at the other location. We could not have had a better weekend. Check-in was welcoming and cheerful and they had a room ready for us exactly as I had requested. We decided to do a meal plan because we knew we would be in on Saturday night and wanted to check out the entertainment. They had great options, and the food and service was great. Annie was our waitress most times and she can run circles around everyone. We had 1 small issue in our room with the TV not working, call the desk someone was at our door within minutes. He could not fix the TV, said he would be right back - and came back with a new TV for us in record time -great service! We will be back. Mom is 88, and she had a wonderful time, and enjoyed the entertainment as much as we did on Saturday night, and stayed right until last call! Friday nights entertainment was great as well. Saturdays entertainment was The Ole Brigade - 5 stars for them is not nearly enough!
We were there for a hockey tournament. It is definitely suitable for a hockey tournament but is otherwise in need of an upgrade. The rooms were clean but very outdated. The bartenders were great. I could see the pool area being a great amenity in the summer and access to the indoor pool was a plus. I wish there were elevators- that made getting all of our stuff from our car to our room very tricky. Overall, it is a good option for the cost for a family but I wouldn't expect luxury.
We love going to the Irish Village a few times a year. This past week we took our grandkids and had a fantastic time! It was school vacation week…lots of activities for them. The ballroom was set up with 8 different bouncies, the kids loved it. They had magic shows, tattoos and ballon creations everyday. A Reptile show, Candybar Bingo, Talent show and at the end of every night a DJ dance party. The rooms are very comfortable and easy to get to and from. They have an enormous indoor heated pool that they loved playing in..very well staffed with attentive lifeguards. The dinners and breakfasts were awesome…we never had to leave the facility. We have stayed here many times and have always had a great time. We’ll be back again. ????☘️
My family’s recent stay at the Cape Cod Irish Village was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. Their dedication and helpfulness were truly remarkable, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. They are among the hardest working staff we have ever experienced.
One of the highlights of our weekend getaway was the disco event organized by the hotel. It was a fantastic opportunity to let loose and have some fun. The music and DJs were great, the atmosphere was lively, and it provided the perfect opportunity to socialize and unwind after a busy week.
In addition to the disco, the hotel offered a good range of amenities and activities. From relaxing by the pool to exploring the local area, there was never a dull moment during our stay. The accommodations were somewhat outdated but still comfortable, and the food offerings at the restaurant were very good too. We will definitely return!
It was a great experience for our family. There are many things to do. The hotel staff were exceptional the accommodations were wonderful. The hotel restaurant and bar were great and had live music. There were a large group of us and were able to accommodate and plan for all our needs.
We visited this location for a retirement party. We did not spend the night. We just visited the facility and assigned party area. I feel like things were very disorganized. The bartenders were arguing with one another. There were people in line trying to get soda and they couldn’t this went on for quite a while. There were people in our area that didn’t belong to the gathering. It was very chaotic to say the least to find a restroom is a challenge, but it’s doable if you have the patience. The food was catered food the drinks again if you were lucky to even get a soda were rung up incorrectly it was crazy. I personally wouldn’t pick this facility for a friend or family member trying to celebrate. I feel as though if someone has a private party, the staff should be ready to go and not carrying on in front of guests. It was very unprofessional. Also, there was no signage for bathrooms. I personally had to help other guests who were senior citizens find the restroom. It was just not a good experience, I will say entering the building it was very well decorated the lady at the desk. The check-in desk was very nice and polite and the gentleman sitting at the door to our party area. Why I don’t know he was very nice I definitely would not go there personally.
Nice Hotel, reasonably priced for off season, friendly staff, clean rooms that are a bit dated. Restaurants, pool , gym and large conversation area / meeing rooms. Very nice outdoor pool and 18 hole golf course. It's a conversation / business oriented property not a really good choice for a family getaway.
