I come here all the time. I like it. Sometimes it's slow....Sometimes it's in-and-out. Sometimes my hair needs a day to look better. ☺ But I always wake up with a great hair style. Once I didn't wake up with a great style. And I went back...it was very busy. They fixed it.
I have daughters, and this is definitely a cost effective way to get their hair done. It was a comfortable, professional atmosphere. There was no inappropriate conversation, much less language, which I have experienced at other traditional salons (non loft). I've only been once, that's why only 4/5 stars, but I will be coming back!
This is a great salon, cost effective and perfect for a woman on the go! I can get my hair done every week and only pay $60 for the month. I love the concept and I don't mind washing my own hair to save a little. I recommend the shop, check them out!
I am so proud to have a very professional hair salon in Wickliffe which is owned and operated by a black woman. She and her stylists, that Ive experienced, have demonstrated their knowledge of effective hair care, styling and cutting.
I rave to everyone about how quickly they get me in and out, while emerging with a lovely hairstyle that lasts, and has brought me many compliments.
I have an excellent hair stylist whom I love, but she is on the other side of town. So Capable has become my backup when I'm pressed for time or don't feel like making the trip across 271.
My time is very precious to me, so i really appreciate that these ladies are committed to being time sensitive, while delivering quality at a reasonable price. The salon is attractive, neat and clean and void of loud, profane and inappropriate conversations.
I recommend this salon to everyone.
Won't go anywhere else. Service here is top notch, pricing is extremely reasonable and the focus on healthy hair is refreshing. Their in and out service is very convenient allowing a busy woman like me flexibility in my schedule.
The service was great and Ms. Kendall is a beautiful young lady whom did her thing..
The place feel a little sketchy from outside but there is a warm feel when you come in. I usually walk in Friday or Saturday for an In and Out service. Full service is nice but call in advance to make sure they have time. Be patient it's worth the money savings.
Great customer service, polite, pleasant atmosphere. I was able to get get in & out with little or no wait time. I HIGHLY recommend their services. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY HAIR!!!!!
