I absolutely love eating here! It's always a wonderful greeting when you enter busy or slow! Even on to-go's, they cared and took the time to make sure this would travel safely home. As you see, my fried ice cream was still as beautiful as if I ate it there ???? ????
Everyone is always really nice here. Even when it's busy, they're very polite and don't forget about anyone. Love their chips and salsa and margaritas. I always see them posting on their page about helping others in need, I think that sets them apart from other places the most. Great atmosphere, food and people. A+
I loved the Fajitas Pina!! ❤️ My only critique is that the salsa that came with the chips was so hot that we couldn't even eat it. And my husband, especially, loves spicy!
Absolutely excellent food, and fast, friendly service!
We were passing through on our way home from Sno*drift rally, and we both wanted some good food instead of the granola bars and microwave pasta we'd had for the rest of the trip, and this place was just the ticket!
Food was good. I didn't drink but the fam had drinks and they said they were really good. The service was impeccable! Friendly, attentive, fun! It was the best service I've had since.... I don't know when. Definitely going back!
Cancun Mexican Restaurant and Cantina was recommended by my friend Dan C Bearded (check him out on YouTube) and I did not regret coming here!
My wait time was reasonable for a Friday evening as the restaurant was PACKED but they were fast and efficient at keeping hungry patrons coming in as stuffed and satisfied patrons moved out.
We were seated with complimentary chips that were served warm and salsa that had a slight kick on the back end but had amazing flavor! We added a side of cheese sauce for our chips which was slightly runny but had excellent flavor and when our chip basket ran low someone came along and offered us more so we could finish off our cheese and salsa.
I ordered the Tacos Locos which had steak , chorizo, and grilled pineapple on corn tortillas and came with a side of spicy sauce. Wow!! Delicious is the word that best describes the flavor combination I received from each bite of delight I took from this splendid meal!
The sides of beans and rice are always my least favorite thing to look forward to as most restaurants do not do these right with the Plain Jane, zero flavor that they have; but NOT Cancun!! The rice was absolutely fabulous with awesome flavors coming off the perfectly moist veggies and whatever seasonings they put in there. And the beans?? I've NEVER experienced beans that didn't need to have some kind of sauce added to them to make them go down! But these beans were scrumptious, delicious, tasty and a bit cheesy as they were topped with some melted cheese. I would come back just for the rice and beans ALONE!!
Overall my experience here was top notch and they make you feel like family, even while keeping up with the endless flow of hungry patrons constantly pouring in!! A well deserved 5 stars from me!
They have a huge menu! I had the seafood burrito with beans and rice. It was amazing! Great atmosphere and excellent service made for a perfect outing for our group. 11 out of 10 will eat here again!
The food is consistently great. I've always received attentive and friendly service. I give the atmosphere only 4 stars because the bathrooms are a very small, and somewhat run-down. The dining area is often a bit louder than I prefer, but it's usually for happy, joyous reasons, so I will certainly continue enjoying meals there from time to time.
