Went in with a couple used tires, had to go back to get different sizes, and came back no problem! Awesome staff awesome technicians, fast and friendly! HIGHLY recommended!
I had an aluminum tire valve that needed repaired. Everyone there was kind and helpful from the girl who made my appointment and waited on me to the gentleman that did my work he checked my other valve seems cleaned them up and didn't do anything that didn't need done .
I will definitely use them in the future!!!
Always have a good experience. I've been going there for around 6yrs. Theyve never lied to me like other places have just to try to sell you something you don't need. Never had any problems after the work was finished. Staff are really nice and helpful. You are also not waiting around for hours waiting for your car to be pulled in. When they set an appt for you, your vehicle is taken in within minutes.
I am a Business owner that understands what it takes to make a Company great. The staff at
Campbell Tire exceeds in everything to become a place that you will return again for your tire needs. The staff from the front desk to the mechanics are very knowledgeable, courteous , honest and dedicated. I have been going to Campbell Tire for over 10 years. I can promise that you will too after just one appointment.
My car was broke down few miles away. And I finally find a store and ask for help. And Rick has no hesitate to come with me to my car to help me to fix the tire. I really appreciate about that since this is my first road trip (and had a little accident caused the tire to go flat): . I find everybody in this store is very nice and generous in giving help and very professional. I would recommend everyone to go this store if they have problem with their vehicle.
We've always had a good experience here. We know we can trust them & that they'll not just SAY something needs done just to get business. They have fair prices. Any of the mechanics I've met are really nice. And the girl that answers the phones is really nice & quick to return calls & get us scheduled.
Mechanic's very knowledgeable and helpful
Likewise at the front desk
Went there today because the valve on our tire was leaking air out of it. Went to our appt time and the gentleman took the tire off and started working on it. When it came time to pay for the services the gentleman said you have a good day and me and my husband looked at each other and then both said oh my thank u so much and that we will definitely pay it forward. So again thank you for ur kind gesture.
