Honestly if I could give less than 1 star I would. I've been taking my son here for a long time, and unfortunately after today we will never return. The person cutting my sons hair seemed to be in a rush, didn't cut how I asked, very frustrating when he is only 6. If people do not wish to cut hair in a pleasant and fair manner, they shouldn't be in the business to begin with. I don't recommend this for anyone with kids or in general anymore.
Barber was awesome!!!! VERY thorough and haircut was great!! Talks a little too much, but overall great. Highly recommend.
One of the best shops in town, I highly recommend them for a cut. Laid back and chill environment.
I've been going here for a couple years now and every experience there has been great. They're all very nice there and Shelby always does a great job on my hair.
Great place to get a haircut. Friendly and surprisingly cheaper than the other barber shops I've visited in Louisville. Fantastic job to the lady who cut my hair. Highly recommended!
Absolutely love the ladies up there! They can truly change you to look the way you need or want. I love the fact that when I ask for a certain look, they achieve! They have magic hands that help so much to feel comfortable about a style change and help to give insight on what would look good on someone. Thanks for always being open and even helping to work me in when I need a trim. They are very experienced and do all types of hair.
After telling the barber what I wanted, she cut off the exact part of my hair I told her NOT to cut. She cut off hair I'd been growing for months and left me with a weird-looking bob instead of what I asked for. It looks terrible but I'm stuck with it until it grows out, which will take many months. The barber didn't seem to care; she didn't even apologize. A real bummer because my first visit here was a positive experience, but my second visit was bad enough to make it my last.
Great service. Friendly staff who do excellent job.
