I tried to place a 60 dollar order online tonight through uber eats(for a crabcake and a pound of steamed shrimp with sauce/ They don’t have the sauce on the menu. I tried to sub something for the same price. The female couldnt figure it out. She placed me on hold, never came back and wouldn’t pick up when i called back several times.
I’m not giving the oxy Hill location any stars my daughter placed the order yesterday on 426 she went to pick up her order. They told her they canceled her order because it’s a gas leak. It’s a gas leak and you got people coming in the building you got workers in there so they said they refunded my money she didn’t they did not call my child. They did not text my child to tell her her order was canceled. How do you run a business like this? I’ve reached out looking for corporate which cameras do not have a corporate and I was given an owners number Traymon he has yet to call me back to help me understand, why my daughter received bad customer service we asked them if they can transfer her order to the Temple Hills location and they said no because they refunded my daughters money no proof of a refund
so she went to the ox. She went to the temple Hills location and had to pay again for her platter for her birthday party. I need someone from Cameron’s to reach out to me so I can really tell you how bad the customer service is at the Oxon Hill location.
Lady inside had attitude when I asked questions. Like get a new job if you don't want to wait on people. If she would smile, she might be happy serving customers
I haven't ate here in years and everything was still just as good as it use to be.
I paid for 2 dozen #1 male crabs and when I got home to open my bag there was only a dozen in there. I should’ve checked my bag because the young man at the counter seemed new and like he didn’t know what he was doing and got my order wrong several times why trying to ring me up.I looked passed that because everyone has to start somewhere but I truly don’t appreciate being shorted on my food. I tried to call them to rectify the situation but no one answered so unfortunately I am leaving this review so that no one else get shorted. DO BETTER
Ordered 2 seafood platters, and not one item seemed fresh. All of the fried items were hard and tasteless. The food was either reheated/recooked or just stale.
How do you mess up steamed shrimp? The shells were white and dried out with no seasoning. I've never seen anything like it, like they were dehydrated.
Wasted $55 because nothing was edible. Didn't even feed it to my dog.
My wife and I enjoy her birthday there ,what a great day and breakfast we had ,the service was out of this world ????????❤️????????❤️????????????????????????⭐☀️????????????????
Paid $8.99 for 1 stuff shrimp and open the container to find this mess. This place has definitely gone down hill!!!
