Took my car there for bodywork. After 2 weeks I finally got my car back and they had curbed my wheel and my sunroof now doesn’t work. Now I have to pay to have the sunroof replaced.
Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING!
I was referred to Cambridge Collision Center by my insurance company. I have to say that they are the best. Their customer service is second to none. They way they handle my repairs from start to finish was excellent. I will refer all my friends and family to utilize their facility. They back their repairs with a lifetime guarantee. Not only did do a great job they also washed and cleaned my truck before they give it back to me. Thank you Cambridge Collision Center.
Did their job,no more no less. There were many things that needed fixing but they only did what was in insurance claim. There were others that was missed in the claim that should have been addresses. Their attitude disappointed me as they worked me in. They had the vehicle almost a month when I pointed out that there were other issues missed they seemed unconcerned and said that they were extremely busy.
Highly upset. I dropped my car off monday and was told friday my car would be done and then told monday . Now they are saying my car won't b done til Tuesday! I will never take my car back there ever again. Very unprofessional service.
My grandmother had gotten a flat in the bradford house parking lot. And we had no other way to get to the place her car was being serviced so I called them because my uncle's car was there but he said he wouldn't let me use the car unless I had my uncle's permission I told my unlce to call them and they were able to let me drive to the tore place my grandmothers car was being serviced at.
My experience has been horrible they had my car since July 5 to fix my front windshield and my passenger side window and replace my door a week later when I called they told me they forgot about my car and that it would be done the 25 or 26 they was waiting on the door to come In I called on them dates and then they said Friday the 29th here it is Friday and now they saying Monday ……… they have been working on other cars instead on mines and ik that for a fact
I just got my car back from Cambridge Collision , let me be the first to say they went above and beyond for my baby(car)..This is not my first time using their services because of they great work..Just know you guys have a loyal customer for life.Thanks so very much JOB WELL DONE
