They are very rude and say our house does not exist they are very rude
I used this service yesterday to go to the doctor because I am in a medical boot due to an injury to my foot and am unable to drive my car or anyone else's and everyone I know works. So they book my appointment with a slight attitude because I call only 1 hour before my appointment because I was told you cannot schedule a pick up time that I just had to call in enough time to get there on time. So then I make sure with both the dispatcher and the driver that I would be picked up but instead was abandoned miles away and had to walk and it was raining. They just looked for excuses to make it my own fault. I have screen shots of our conversation chat.

Update: they showed up over an hour late with a really weak apology.
