They are in desperate need of a makeover inside, all of the booth benches are ripped open.
We sat at the bar, it took about 10-12 minutes for someone to assist us. The restaurant had two other tables in it with people.
We ordered a bottle of wine, and ordered a salad.
About 20 minutes later, the bartender asks if we want any food. I laugh thinking it’s a joke, since I had been waiting for my salad so long, and my companion said “she ordered a salad.” At this time, the bartender looked confused and said I did not order a salad.
So I reordered the salad, and it was delicious, as always.
The service at this location is awful.
Restaurant was beyond hot no restaurant thermostat should be reading 80 degrees when it’s over 97 degrees outside. Then the staff said to us and the other customers that the GM says it’s comfortable in the restaurant. Second, the restaurant was out of so many dishes which i understand happens in a long weekend but for the manager to act like they can’t adjust anything on the menu to accommodate us since we are already seated was bad customer service.
A beautiful day and sat outside. Sangria flight was a big hit. Enjoyed a bowl of Tomato soup, garlic Alfredo, shrimp scampi, strawberry lemonade, and cucumber refresher. Nice pleasant server.
My go-to when I’m out shopping at Perkins Rowe and want to sit outside! Great margaritas and food! 5 stars!
Not at all as good as how it used to be. The food has changed extremely. There were flies flying around our table inside. Our waiter told us they were out of ice but we saw other waiters giving their tables ice… so we were drinking hot water. The food tastes like plastic and fake. The chicken was very unseasoned. Very unhappy that we spent that kind of money for this kind of service/food.
Just don't order take out. It's almost never correct and most of the fault truly lies with management. Do better as a company or simply stop offering the service. Really.
In our lunch , we received the same great quality pizza as we have experienced in the past.
The Food earned the two stars:
Service is very slow. Waiter was on the go, only at our table 3 times. (To order, bring drinks, bring check). Another server stop by to apologize for our wait, with the food.
Appetizer was the absolute best, everything else was just ok. Pizza very greasy, and the lemonade was sour.
