I’ve been here multiple times and I’m never unsatisfied! Today I ordered the California club pizza and a thin crust Margherita. Both the best options I’ve tried so far! Our server, Ashley, was so nice and helped us with our drinks and order!
Surprised at home great the burger and salad were! Big portions. Great service. And inside oak brook mall so you can walk it off afterwards.
If I could they would not have a star. I stopped in to have lunch with my daughter and we ordered appetizers, mocktails, pizza and salad. The appetizer came we had no silverware and no napkins. I asked 3 different staff members walking by (because our waiter neglected us) to please bring us napkins and silverware because we had none at the table....no one did .. finally one of the hostesses passing by stopped and Iistened. After 15 min of the food sitting in front of us with no silverware or napkins they bring the salad and the pizza and walk away
STILL NO SILVERWARE NO NAPKINS....I STOP a staff member walking by our table to ask for silverware and they bring us plastic cutlery saying WE RAN OUT OF SILVERWARE. I looked around the restaurant and all the customers using proper silverware and napkins and now I am fuming. (Still no waiter to be seen). At this point I asked for the manager she was nice and apologetic and offered to give us dessert and appetizers on the house. She was also confused as to what happened. Finally 45 min later our waiter comes by the table. After that no one was approaching us until I started putting my coat on to leave and finally the check arrived. I paid and left. Worst service. The meal should have been complimentary and corporate needs to step in. I will not return.
Perfect example of how a place can make your special evening a bad experience.

My wife was celebrating her birthday with her friends and the customer service was just awful .. they even had to get up to get things ..
In the end when manager was confronted .. she did a cover up with free bees etc but how they can give us the time back that became a worst experience..
A suggestion people should get trained and more is reflected on the manager running that place who did not notice any lapse in service and attitude ..
Pathetic experience.
Gift card given to us .. we don’t know if we ever want to go back to this location
Overall food was very good …
Dirty place,careles staff..We dine there everyone was so down.One of the host jump in the kitchen and started helping the cooks putting cheese on salad no gloves. Disgusting...when I told my waitress that I saw her putting parsley on my husband pizza without gloves she didn't say sorry.Nobody even came to apologize.This place is run by young kids who literally don't care.
The food was really good. But there was no bartender on duty during the advertised happy hour, which is the reason why my husband and I came. We were hoping to try the limited time cocktail and pizzas. Our server was really friendly and nice and offered us bottled beverages instead, which we took her up on. But we were a little bummed out because our purpose coming was partly for the cocktails.
We went to this place while shopping at Oakbrook mall. As expected, we were tired and were kind of hungry. The time they took to take our order was long but once ordered food was delivered quickly. Overall, pizza was great but not the scampi. Would definitely visit but with time allotted for ordering.
The lady and bartender was great but the kitchen should needs to redo the sanitation license. No jewelry in the kitchen. The night shift needs to learn that gloves can be contaminated too. I witness one women touch everything with gloves. The drinks are great but I wouldn't eat anything until they take off the jewelry. Amisha is awesome!!!!
